Nice design for a cordless robot pool cleaner by the brand, VidaPool. This pool cleaner is shaped like a hovercraft & has good color schemes with 4 wheels in each corner & has a spoiler like design on the top for easier retrieval with a pool hook. The product is very easy to use, simply charge the device with the provided charger that is also included & once fully charged, simply press the power button that is located on the top & then just release it into the pool, it will float down to the bottom & once it releases all the air inside it will begin to project forward cleaning the floor liner. It has good suction to pick up debris from the bottom including mild green algae build-up with 2 attachable mini brushes. You can open the robot pool cleaner with the hard plastic clips to reveal where the filter is located which is also easy to clean just remove it, empty it out & rinse with a hose or faucet. Decent battery run time of up to 140min of continuous cleaning on a full charge & has a self-parking technology that functions well parking at the edge of the pool when it’s battery is low. I use this robot pool cleaner as an additional pool cleaner robot aid for an in-ground pool, it helps pre-clean for the larger more advanced robot, it is reasonably priced for its size & cleaning abilities.

Vidapool makes a small line of swimming pool accessories including a pool heater, pool cover pump, a very good solar powered skimmer and this capable entry level pool robot. In terms of performance, it does what you expect it to do--which means essentially the same abilities and features as other products in the niche. You'll be able to clean a pool with a flat bottom of up to 860 square feet. Battery life is 90 minutes which is typical for a cleaning device at this price point. It can be recharged in 2.5 hours and you're ready to go again though for all practical purposes you won't need more than 90 minutes to clean a pool of this size. Operation will be very familiar to anyone that has used an entry level pool cleaner before. You turn it on, toss it in the pool and let it go. When the battery gets low or it's done with it's cleaning cycle it'll park by the pool edge where you can retrieve it with the (included) hook. It has one button operation which means 'no experience necessary' with other pool cleaning devices. The dual engine motor does a capable job powering the cleaner and the filtration system can take care of most debris of reasonable size. Just hose the filter out when it is finished cleaning. The Vidapool entrant is well made and very functional. That said, it doesn't do much that you can't find in competing models but to be fair that can be said about pretty much any pool cleaner at this price point. Definitely a solid option for simple pool cleaning needs. Recommended!

Great quality built pool vac that is easy to use and cleans very well! It has a powerful motor that definitely circulates and pulls debris into it without any problems! The charging port is sealed well with a silicone lid that fits tight! The filter is ultra fine mesh, so it’s not one of those vacuums that sucks up small sediment only to simply throw it out of its output….it actually collects fine particles as it should! It is easy to operate and literally does the job for you and does it better than hand vacs! I think it’s a great deal because it does a great job and it saves me time that I can spend WITH my family instead of walking around the pool with a hand vac and doing a lesser quality cleaning.

Ordered this pool vac to use as a supplement to my normal cleaning routine. This pool vac works pretty well to keep the bottom of the pool clean. I live in an area where the wind carries a lot of particulate matter and where does all of the airborne dirt land, of course in the pool. Using this pool vac is very easy, simply charge the vac, and toss it in the pool. This vac runs for about 90 minutes going back and forth along the bottom. This vac does have a tendency to kick up dirt while moving but most of that dirt is picked up by the pool filter system. This robot charges pretty quickly and I use this vac maybe twice a week. Overall, this pool vac does keep teh bottom of my pool clean.

I have an in-ground pool with a slanted bottom between the shallow and deep end. this cleaner can't do the slant or the sides, but it does a decent job with finer debris in the deep end. It's not so good on the shallow end because it slides down to the deep end and then can't get back up. If you have a single level pool, this is a basic aid that you might benefit from. I would characterize it as being the pool equivalent of the robot vacuum I have for our upstairs. Downstairs we have a self-emptying $1000 iRobot with good pattern recognition and ability to map, so I can count on it doing a thorough vacuuming job if I put the chairs up. But upstairs I have a $125 robot vacuum with minimal suction and little smarts. It bumbles through our bedroom pretty well if nothing's on the floor, but can't be trusted to do the bathrooms or other bedrooms. It's not smart enough. For a simple space, this is a usetul vacuum and it will help keep the pool clean for you. If you have a complicated pool or a lot of dirt, you might want to look at a smarter, more powerful vacuum.

I bought this robotic pool vacuum on a whim before hosting a pool party, and it ended up being the best last-minute decision of the season. We have an above-ground pool, around 18 feet across, and this thing handled it like a champ. It’s surprisingly quiet, easy to set up (literally just charge and drop it in), and it ran for the full 90 minutes without a hiccup. It picks up everything — leaves, sand, small debris — and leaves the pool looking spotless. I love that I don’t have to babysit it or mess with hoses or pumps. Just charge it, hit a button, and let it do its thing. It’s been running a few times a week now, and it’s genuinely changed how much I enjoy owning a pool. If you’re tired of manual cleaning or fiddly vacuums, this is 100% worth it.

Our in-ground pool has an in-floor cleaning system, but the gear box that powers it recently failed. While we're waiting to get that repaired, I started looking for an alternative and came across this pool vacuum. I decided to give it a try—and overall, it works pretty well. It’s not a smart vacuum by any means. The way it works is simple: it turns on a pump that creates suction and uses that water flow to propel itself along the bottom of the pool. Every 10 seconds or so, it stops, reverses direction, and continues this back-and-forth motion until the battery runs out. It does a decent job picking up larger debris like leaves. However, it moves a little too quickly to effectively collect finer dirt and debris—often just rolling over it and kicking it up into the water. On the plus side, it doesn’t get stuck on pool edges like some other vacuums I’ve tested. Battery life is around 1.5 hours, and it also has a "Vacation Mode," which is a neat feature. It runs for about 10 minutes daily to help keep the pool clean while you’re away—something I haven’t seen in other vacuums I’ve tried. Overall, if you’re looking for a budget-friendly vacuum to help maintain your pool between deep cleanings, this one gets the job done. Just don’t expect it to be your main cleaning solution unless you have a small inflatable pool.
