It is on my boat in storage yard charging two 12 volt deep cycle batteries . I checked the voltage coming out and the batteries were low due to no 110 power to charge them. Now I sit back and wait. I will edit this either way when I check the voltage of the batteries in RV - boat storage. If my solar panel is still there, had to put it in full sun in full sight on transom. It's doesn't have the power to charge RV or car batterys. It did charge my motorcycle battery, but not my car or RV batterys. If not in direct sunlight will not produce more than 11v power. Definitely not 25W power, maybe 2W to maintain charged battery with minimal drow.

Has the minimum current output necessary to keep vehicle batteries charged above sulfation in varying outdoor weather/insulation conditions. The pulse width modulation type charging pulse maintains a high enough peak charge pulse with narrow pulse widths(low light conditions) to maintain battery charge while de-sulfating the battery plates during varying outdoor light conditions. Net result, your battery will last longer when vehicle is not being driven much.
