I bought this as backup power for my Resmed 10 Airsense CPAP. Initial charge-up and first use was fine, but the wall charger would not work after the first time. Other reviews also mentioned this issue, so I contacted the supplier. I received a reply that afternoon and the next day received confirmation that a new charger had been sent. The unit works great and customer service is top notch! Would definitely recommend and would definitely do business with them again!

I used on a couple camping trips with little issues. The system is a little slow starting up and thought I had issues, but after about a minute the system started working. The second issue is the power supply only worked once. Luckily I also had solar panel which recharged the battery. I’m a couple a months from purchase and waiting to see if the seller will assist with power supply failure. I see others have had this issue. Update: I never received any help with the power supply. I purchased a new power supply. My solar panel also has all the proper cables to recharge. Customer is not very good.

The power station has a 74% juice and can be used right way, although it was recommended to fully charge it before the first use. Overall all it’s a small but powerful unit. I cannot wait to use it for my next camp trip.

This looks great on paper, was a good deal during prime days at only $99, and so I jumped on it to replace another 300W/~300Wh station that had a rudimentary screen. This one has a much more informative screen showing % plus visual battery level, input wattage, and how many hours till charge (useless IMO). HOWEVER, the screen is absolutely unreadable in the day outside. I had several people look at it and we can't tell if it is on, can't see ANY of the LED lights on it, and definitely can't read the data on the screen. It's the worst screen for day viewing. Inside it is sharp and easy to read as long as it's dark-ish. This one feature is what I need for a portable outdoor charging station for RC planes, drones, and cars. Second gripe is that the input voltage is a measly ~50-52W. The provided charger is 60W and the car cig adapter both can only input that much which makes it painfully slow to charge. The DC output claims to be rated at 12V 10A (120Watts) but input is only 50W (12V 4.2A) or so and it's a silly restriction that also makes it very limited. This means that you can't use a 100W solar panel to the full extent and my 60W solar panel is restricted to only ~50W. Photos are of in the daylight and in shade in the vehicle blocking as much light. You should only buy this if your primary use is inside (sorry campers) and you only need a trickle charging rate that takes 6 hours to charge (294Wh / 50W = 5.8 hours)
