I had these solar lights for a couple of weeks now. So far, they have been consistently turning on and off with only one light occasionally not powering on like the others. What I mean is, sometimes I see the light on, other times it’s off. But that’s just one light and I think it’s because of where I placed it on my fence. It’s a bit a ways and there’s shade as opposed to the others that are directly under the sun. I will try to transfer that problem light in another location where there’s direct sunlight to see if it will be consistent as the other ones. This set has six solar lights and it’s actually more than what I need. But good thing I have a spare I can use to replace any non-working one. In terms of design, they’re just plain plastic solar lights with a panel, an on-and-off switch and bright lights underneath. I like that they are installed with screws, making them sturdy and not easily blown away by inclement weather. They’ve been outdoors in the wind, rain and storm and they still worked. I hope they last long though. Other than that, they worked as they are supposed to and brighten up my yard quite nicely. ... show more

Hands down, it's a great investment. My backyard is still thanking me for its illuminated transformation. I have a beautiful, lush yard, but the ivy covering the walls, makes it look dark at night. The lights were incredibly easy to install. We actually got some zip ties and zip tied them to the falling ivy and they stayed in place. I have yet to see they remain in place with weather factors, but so far, no issues at all. They have options to change the color, color sequence and pattern to fit the right mood. They are light weight and small enough to place just about anywhere and not have it be an eye sore. Also, they do not need direct sunlight to solar power them. Ours are minimally in a direct path to the light and they have no problem powering up and remaining energized for hours to come. I love the ambience and life these solar lights bring to a dark space. Now that my backyard is illuminated, my front yard will be next on my list. ... show more
