I was thinking you would be able to easily switch these lights from warm white to color, but there is a switch that sits next to the light bulbs, which are completely covered once you snap the clear plastic piece on. Once it’s on, it won’t really come off. Since there are two bulbs, one for colored and one for the warm white, I think the brightness is decreased because of it. Ok, I've got to write this up for all of you people that gave these a 1 or 2 because they didn't work! #1 you got to turn them on when you are putting them together. #2 if they don't work take the 2 screws out and reposition the battery it could have moved during shipping like mine did! I bought 18 of these and they look great so far I just have them sitting on the walls and they have already weathered 3 storms. I didn't want to get the little brown ones that look like a fun size snicker bar, I have had many compliments on them already and the lighted design is cool. I chose to use them as white instead of the multicolored setting. I would buy them again and probably will. ... show more

Easy to assemble just remember to flip the switch on BEFORE you snap the clear end into the solar panel end (you can easily detach)! But they cast such a cool design. I installed them so the lights shine down off the edges of my deck to the ground. Love ‘em. Can’t speak to how they’ll hold up to the elements but 🤞 ... show more
