Oh my gosh! Yall!! WOW. I can honestly say this shower oil has become one of my all-time favorite shower products! From the very first use, I was completely obsessed! I ordered this in the refill because I am a huge SDJ fan and this was on sale for a steal! I have small sized Sol de Janeiro body wash bottles that I am going to refill with this, but honestly, you can put this into literally any bottle if you want. This shower oil/ body wash is amazing and honestly pretty unique! I use a lot of Korean skin care products in my skin care routine, so I am used to oil based cleansers, however for those who are not, this body oil might be confusing! This is a 'shower oil', and while yes it does clean you and it is also in small print written that it's a body wash, it does NOT create a lot (or much of any) suds. If you are a person who needs suds and bubbles to feel clean, then this is not for you. HOWEVER, if you can live without the suds and want to smell literally amazing, then I highly recommend this. I personally choose this body wash over the other 2 that Sol de Janeiro offers because I have dry skin and this is super hydrating! The others are also amazing, but this one wins for me every time! The way this works is that you apply it to your skin and rub it in for a minute or 2. The 'oil' will turn milky white and then you rinse it off. It's really simple to use- I use my hands most of the time because I will often follow with a body scrub. However, on days I don't follow with a body scrub, I will use this on a shower poof. It DOES get a little bit more 'sudsy' with the shower poof than with my hands, but honestly not all that much. My skin has thanked me so much for switching to this instead of using harsh and drying commercial body washes, I no longer have to worry about flaking and I'm never itchy anymore. I also LOVE the smell of this (I have it in the body butter and the spray as well), and it actually DOES linger for a while after you get out of the shower. I definitely recommend this to anyone, but especially if you have dry skin!

I bought the body oil and the scent was SO amazing that I wanted to get the body wash as well. I wasn't sure which scent to get - but the reviews on this were the best. It is the best smelling body wash I have ever purchased. The bottle size is decent - but it is rather expensive. I'm not sure I can afford to get this all the time, but if you want to treat yourself - this is totally worth it. It is also very moisturizing which is important to me because I have dry skin. The combination of this and the body oil is wonderful.

My favorite scent. It’s a bit musky/sugared floral so it can come off more for mature perfume lovers. But the sweet floral scent is beautiful. and foams up so nicely. Feels great on my dry skin and provides moisture. The scent lasts and throw on the matching body spray or cream it will last the whole day.

This is my all time favorite body wash. It is super moisturizing and the scent is AMAZING. If you like warm gourmand scents you will like this. I’ve repurchased it three times already. The lather is great and a little goes a long way. I can even smell the scent on my skin after the shower. Paring this with the body butter and spray is chefs kiss. As a new mom that needs small moments to relax this is one of my favorite ways to get a little self care in.

Smells good though the top notes barely last. Ends up smelling more like a vanilla cupcake really fast. Lathers ok, and does leave the skin very soft. Size is small for the price. I am very glad I only got a trial size before purchasing a bigger bottle.
