Beware, the top rolls down and is significantly tighter than the rest of the sock. I bought these because I need 20-30 mmhg compression to help manage a cardiovascular condition. I wore them for a total of 15 minutes and it nearly sent me to the hospital. If you are looking for medical-grade compression, look elsewhere.

It was stretchy and the fabric is nice but it is definitely not 20-30 mmHg. The description says thigh compression but it only reaches above my knee. It does roll quite a bit. It bunches down and it is hard to pull the sock up without having to take your pants off completely even with loose fitting hospital scrub pants.
