We ordered this bed and it arrived a little damaged (cosmetically not functionally) I did reach out to the company to let them know, we didn't want to return just requested a partial credit. We were ok with keeping it as the bed is for our kids so we knew it wouldn't be long before they have their wear and tear on it, however we did pay good money for a bed that wasn't new looking. They were so fast to reply and say they would absolutely do a partial credit and took accountability right away. They made the process so easy and after putting the bed together aside from the cosmetic damage it really is a very nice, sterdy bed and our kids love it. I would definitely buy again. ... show more

This is a decent bed. It does wobble a bit if we are very rough, but all in all it feels sturdy and secure. The foot rails are hard on your feet, especially for my myself and older child, but much less so for the little ones. So far my kids really love this bunk bed frame it's been good so far and fit thier room perfect. Only thing I don't like is the loft over desk is really Squeaky and you can hear it when they are moving at night Also moves the Whole frame but other then that it's been the best Purchase so far everyone asks where we got it from would definity recommend.!!! This bed is very wobbly. I purchased for my grand daughter who barely weighs 60 pounds wet. She even stated it was very wobbly. It is definately not as sturdy as I expected. Expected better.
