This bed is absolutely everything I wanted in a bed. It was exactly what I was looking for, however it was a little difficult to assemble, but with a drill, it definitely made the process go by much easier, so I would highly recommend using one. Otherwise, it will be extremely difficult. Also, when lifting the base, once the post was assembled, the wood popped out of place from where i had drilled. It was an easy fix. Got some wood glue and put it back together and got a clamp and let that sit overnight to make sure it held well. Thus far, this bed is gorgeous and for a great price. Solid wood. ... show more

The color was a bit darker than I expected but this turned out so beautiful and sturdy. I got a really short box frame to go under the mattress and that seems to work well. Ended up finding drill bits and using an electric drill for most of the building. Honestly doesn’t not feel cheap at all to me. Taking off the 2 giant stickers that come on the frame are kind of annoying but other than that, I love my new bed frame. ... show more
