    • Solid, sturdy, stylish!
I waited a bit before reviewing just in case I changed my mind, but honestly, this bed is a steal. Better quality than the ones sold at big furniture chains, and the price is unbeatable!! The description states it's mix of solid and engineered wood, but this isn't really true. The entire bed frame is solid wood and extremely sturdy. Only the slats are not solid wood, but they are plywood, and super sturdy as well. No MDF or particle board in the whole thing! The color is beautiful and I love the style. My husband and I put it together easily, I just recommend having a power drill with a star bit as it will get pretty tiring with just the little wrenches, lol! We've been sleeping on it for about a month now and I am so happy I chose this bed frame. It is flawless. My only concern was the one wood post under the bed that could be seen from the front, I ended up just buying some matching spray paint and painting it before putting it together and it looks perfect now. And if your blanket hangs over the front it doesn't show anyway. Overall I would recommend this frame to anyone. It's just great. If you're thinking about getting this bed frame just do it! I have a mattress that measures 72x80” which is in between a King and a Cali King and it fits perfectly on this frame. I recieved it relatively quickly but had a couple small defective parts. Customer service was prompt in getting back with me and sent the new parts Right away. To my surprise they sent a whole new bed. Very happy about that just incase I need extra parts in the future. As for quality it is soft wood which is what you’d expect from a $200 king size bed. It was pretty easy to put together, had plenty of slats so you don’t need a box spring and is the perfect height of the floor for me. Plus there’s enough room for storage underneath. It looks really nice and seems very sturdy. So far it has held up well even after vigorous “night time activities.” Doesn’t move or squeak etc. So far I’m very happy with this purchase! ... show more

I am in love with the look and style of this bedframe! It is just sooo chic! However, I am only giving this 4 stars because the quality of the wood is not the greatest, and there could be some improvements- you can see the metal screws in the bedframe. Not a huge issue, but for such a cute item, I feel like they could address that eyesore. Also, I feel that the white paint is kind of thin in some areas- not enough to detract from the overall look tho and also easily fixed if you're motivated (I was not). It is quite sturdy and I don't worry about it breaking. It's quiet- no squeaking or sounds of any kind. Verified weight of 550 lbs. Full disclosure, after reading previous reviews, we did purchase more wood to add to the number of slats for added structural support. Asesmbly was straight-forward and was not labor intensive- roughly about 1.5 hours. We have a 14.5 inch mattress sitting on it and without pillows, it comes up to the doubled-up slat in the middle of the headboard. With pillows it almost hits the top. If you want more headboard visibility, aim for a 10 inch mattress. Big picture: 5 stars on aesthetics, 5 stars on sound structure with the added support, 5 stars on durability, and 4 stars on quality of materials. If you're on the fence...buy it!! I am extremely pleased with this purchase. Bought in July of 2021- a year later, still a happy customer! ... show more

    • Supports broke after a month. ***Update in description***
We decided to buy this after reading the reviews. Once we received it, it was fairly easy to set up. Took me 2 hours by myself. However, after a month of use, the supports under the mattress broke. It would need extra work done to be useable at this point. ***Update*** The seller is sending me a new frame. This broke after 40 nights, clean into, it says it holds up to 750 pounds but that’s not true. We had a large lady stay at the house and it broke on her side. Also take 2 hours to put together, save yourself time and trouble and don’t buy this!

I've had this bed for three weeks now. Its very cute and not horribly difficult to assemble. My first issue was a hole wasn't drilled on the baseboard. Fixing it wasn't hard, just more annoying that I had to do it. I am the only one that sleeps in this king size bed. I am 210 pounds.
