Very easy to set up, wish there were more settings or dimming options on the light. One set came complete, other set came missing the bulb and the bulb cover. If it wasn't for that, I'd give it a 5 stars.

This photography lighting kit is amazing for beginners. I always wanted to try some experiments with light but never had time for that and wasn't sure if it worth it. So finally I decided to get one before holidays and this item is great fit for my expectations! First, it was super easy to assemble, I didn't even need instructions for that, second, it is so light, maybe 1 pound? It will be easy to travel with that. I can't compare with any other options, but personally for me it is bright enough. I already started experimenting and I am very happy with the results. For this price I can say that I recommend this kit.

I thought this thing collapsed for Easy Storage but it does not so this thing takes up a lot lot lot lot of storage space. Not only that but the legs are not heavy enough to hold it. It is very difficult to make it stay balanced. I have to lean the top part onto something else so it doesn't topple over. It's the craziest thing ever. This giant heavy piece has the skinny short lightweight legs. If there were a way to expand the legs without the whole thing falling apart, it might hold the weight of the top part. Right now, I just haven't leaning on my table. So now I'm using it to take photos of shoes that I'm selling online but now I realize that it's definitely not enough. You need a light coming from all angles. I thought this light was going to just shine upon the item it's pointed at and call it a day but that's not what I have experienced. It lights up half of the shoe. I literally need to have a second one to make this work but I don't have storage space for a second one. As soon as I finish selling my spare items around the house, I'm going to try to give this away to somebody so I don't have to take up so much of very valuable real estate storing this giant thing. I wish I had just bought one that didn't have legs at all that you could set on a table. That would have worked out better for me. It's the leg thing that's the pain because it can't handle the weight and is constantly falling over. I finally figured out that if I set it on one of my kitchen chairs and lean it on the table I can use it
