I can’t say enough about this carrier. My cat has severe anxiety and I have spent over $200 on pet carriers. Says large and they aren’t says it fits a 18-20 lb cat and it’s false. Some animals like a carrier but most don’t and after struggling with so many and wasting a ton of money due to very false advertisement this is a amazing carrier. My cat had a major emergency surgery and After spending over 3,500 on a surgery for her I just couldn’t keeping buying more and more Carriers that just didn’t work well. When a animal has a Surgey especially now they have a cone and stitches and are in pain and you need a good comfy one. This is so open and she could see around and at first she was bothered by that because she might’ve seen too much and felt more trapped once they see all around them and really realize they can’t leave but you can cover it with a blanket for the top and sides until you are in the car if that is a must to make the animal feel more safe. This carrier was unreal. I picked her up and placed her right in the top part zipped up fast and off we went. So roomy and spacious. Soft little fleece bottom and I still put a blanket and her favorite toys to make her more comfy. I needed a larger carrier due to my cat being 18 lbs. And she was also more swollen and uncomfortable with a infection she had got so she needed to be more comfy and not feel so squished. The net all over made me very nervous because what if she clawed at it ? She did try a little bit but then I just talked to her and she stopped. If you see your cat or animal clawing at it I would just cover up the carrier with a small blanket so they don’t realize it’s something they can claw at. Most carriers aren’t open like this so using a light blanket and only leaving a little space for them to see until you ate with them in car helps a lot. If it’s really hot just make sure it’s not a thick heavy blanket. Love this carrier so much and wish I had got this the first time. I have purchase 2 others before this one and they said it was large and I had no time to return them and had to rush her in for IV’s surgery etc so I was forced to cram her in one that wasn’t great but doable for a quick car ride. Each carrier was around $75-80 each what a waste of money. I’ll donate them to a shelter now and use this one. Had to write a novel on this because it’s definitely a fave of mine. And after bringing my fur baby to the vets 6 times in two weeks and she needed to be taken in and out of the carrier several times during all these visits etc I am so happy I find this one!!!! ... show more

Comes with a removable carpet style mat which can be washes etc. With a 360ish degree view, he is much less anxious when traveling in it. We leave it out with the top open and he jumps in periodically to take a nap on his own. Our boy is 16 pounds and he has ample space to turn around if he chooses to. I think the bag is fine for typical use for visiting the vet etc. I think I would want something a bit more heavy duty if traveling more extensively. ... show more

Nice wide top opening. Concept of a top loader is great - easier to get kitty inside, but many of them have too small of an opening. This has a good sized opening. The pink color is cute for a girl kitty too!

I got this for my cat who is roughly 13lb, I hate going to the vet because my cat won't go into a plastic cat carrier. the zippers on this made it super easy to transport my cat it also comes with a baseboard so you pet carrier is nice and sturdy. this cat carrier also folds up when you are done using it. this was worth every penny you could use this for a small dog as well ... show more

My cat really, really hates her hard plastic carrier, so I bought this to make traveling more comfortable for her, and she seems pretty happy with it! She has great visibility, and it’s much easy to get her inside using the top loading feature. She actually likes it so much, she’ll just hang out in it like a cat cave. The size is perfect for our 12 lb cat but the second use the shoulder strap broke. The clasp snapped. This was a feature I needed. So I’m disappointed. The carrier is fine, roomy and the opening on top is very good sized.

Nice carrier, but not big enough for two kitties. We have what I think are two very normal size, young cats (1 yo). Turns out one 13 lbs and the other 11 lbs. Nice and spacious for one cat, but super cramped for two cats.
