Really cute, and useful. It matches our side tables like it was made for it to match. Non slip undercoating makes it easy to use on either side of the couch, even if you have a chonky couch arm. That non slip coating also means you can just plop it on an empty seat too. Little drawer is great for holding basically anything you don't want ending up in the couch. Stitch markers, crochet hooks, knitting needles, or worse cable needles! It holds remotes, phones, an extra cord, remote batteries, you name it. If you have a recliner and can't always reach the coffee table, this little tray is for you. The price was reasonable and the functionality of it is insane. That little spot in the center that looks like a wireless charger, is NOT. It's just there to hold your phone and keep it from sliding into the cushiony abyss. The little cup holder is good for a big yeti with a cup holder bottom, or a soda can, or beer, or a water bottle... I'll tell you it won't fit a hand glazed, ceramic, 14 or 16 oz cup o'coffee though. Folds up neatly for storage and seems dang sturdy. Overall an excellent improvement to our relaxation time, when we find some. Highly recommend this for a crafter!

Smaller sofas make this awkward. On a positive note, I like that it has a specific spot for a mug and a place for your cell phone – – the door seems handy for little things like smaller, reading glasses and smaller remotes. Our remote does not fit in that drawer, but our old remote does you may find your remote does not fit still it’s nice that there’s a little drawer. One of the things I noted would actually using the armrest tray, is that I needed to turn the tray around so the mug was towards the outside of the couch so then I would have room to actually grab my mug. I picked this up for my spouse who has a favorite side. Grabbing a mug on his side of the couch is awkward for me, but then I’m right handed and he’s not. If you have the room and the inclination, getting two of these might be better. It’s a nice armrest tray and the bamboo makes it sturdy and long lasting most likely. There’s an awkwardness to it though that also makes it difficult to use in some instances. Be sure to measure what you want to use it for including what you want to put in the drawer it would make for a great remote holder if the door was only a little longer.

I have very mixed feelings about this one because the product itself is actually quite nice. First, the positives: it arrived completely assembled and ready to use right out of the box. No assembly required whatsoever. It feels sturdy, substantial, and well made, and it fits securely over the arm of my oversized recliner. The pull-out drawer slides smoothly, the phone pad provides good grip, and the overall construction feels far more solid than I expected. What I especially love is how convenient it is to have everything right beside me. I spend a lot of time in my oversized recliner, and this gives me a place for my phone, remote, reading glasses, and other little items I constantly reach for. The cup holder is surprisingly sturdy and holds drinks securely without wobbling. Even though I don't use it for my larger coffee mugs, it works very well with many other cups and drink containers. The entire tray feels stable and doesn't shift around much during normal use. My disappointment comes entirely from the finish. I spent quite a while debating between the natural bamboo version and the dark version shown in the listing photos. Based on the pictures, I genuinely believed I was choosing between natural bamboo and a darker wood-grain finish similar to walnut. The listing repeatedly references natural bamboo and wood grain, and the photos show a rich dark grain pattern. What arrived looked much more like a painted or heavily coated brown finish than the beautiful dark wood grain I was expecting. And honestly, I was incredibly disappointed when I opened the box. There is nothing inherently wrong with painted wood. If this had been painted teal, navy, black, or some other decorative color, I would have understood exactly what I was getting. But a painted brown finish feels very different from actual dark wood grain, and the photos led me to expect the latter. Had I known that beforehand, I would have chosen the bamboo version without hesitation. I also suspect the darker finish may show scratches, lint, and dust more readily over time than the natural bamboo would. That said, the product itself is nice enough that I am genuinely considering ordering the bamboo version as well. That's how much I like the design, functionality, and overall quality. My only real complaint is that the appearance of the dark version did not match what I expected from the listing photos. So my recommendation is this: if you don't mind a painted brown finish, this is a very nice couch arm tray and I think you'll be happy with it. If you're specifically looking for the look of natural wood grain, I would strongly suggest choosing the bamboo version instead. The product itself is excellent. I only deducted stars because I feel the photos should more clearly represent the actual finish of the dark-colored version. That was a huge disappointment for me.

I bought this couch caddy for my stepdad as a Father's Day gift because he is constantly losing the remote somewhere between the couch cushions! I've always liked couch arm trays because they solve a real problem: giving you a stable place for a drink, phone, or remote without needing a side table. This one does a better job than I expected in terms of stability. Once positioned on the arm of the couch, it feels surprisingly secure and doesn't shift around as much as I feared. The bamboo construction looks nice and seems reasonably well made. The anti-slip surface is useful for keeping a phone or other small items from sliding around. The built-in drawer is a nice idea, but it's fairly small. My TV remote doesn't fit, so I found it more useful for things like a pen, stylus, charging cable, or other small accessories. The cup holder works well with standard drinking glasses. Mugs were more hit-or-miss depending on the size and shape, and I had to experiment a bit before finding a coffee mug that fit comfortably. Overall, I like it and will continue using it. It is functional, stable, and attractive. That said, I've seen similar couch arm trays with more versatile cup holder designs, so while this is a good product, I'm not convinced it's the best value at its current price.

I’ll admit that my first reaction was that this seemed a little expensive for a sofa armrest tray. After using it, however, I completely understand the price. I have a low-profile sofa with a wide, squared-off back, and I constantly find myself setting my phone, drink, or remote on it. Inevitably, something slides off, spills, or disappears between cushions. This tray solved that problem immediately. The craftsmanship is excellent. The wood is attractive, the finish is beautiful, and the overall construction feels sturdy and well thought out. One feature I especially appreciate is the cup holder design. Instead of being a simple circular opening, it includes an additional notch that accommodates mug handles, making it much more versatile for coffee cups and mugs. There’s also a small drawer built into the tray, which is perfect for storing remotes, charging cables, reading glasses, or other small items that tend to wander around the living room. This is one of those products that feels like a luxury at first but quickly becomes something you use every single day. For me, it has absolutely been worth the investment.

Pros: - This armrest tray looks good, is well built, and pretty useful. - The integrated cup/mug holder grips cups and mugs well. I like how it's recessed to help prevent spills. - The anti-slip backing provides good grip. - The large phone/plate surface is nice and fits even the largest phones. The velour-like lining scratches easy though. Out of the box is already looked scratched to me. Cons: - I thought the drawer was a great idea but not so great execution. It is fairly shallow and doesn't fit much besides the smallest remote I know. Despite being fairly small, it makes the overall product quite bulky compared to others. Overall, I felt it didn't add enough to justify the bulkiness. - Additionally, there is a pretty strong bamboo smell out of the box, which is expected with natural bamboo, but definitely stronger than other bamboo stuff we have bought in the past. - The biggest disappointment was that it is too big for our couch arms. The fixed part extends past the ends of our couch. As a result, it becomes quite unstable and unsafe to use, which makes it impossible for us to actually use this product.

This is a nice-looking couch arm tray with a clean bamboo finish. It looks good on the couch and feels more like a thoughtful living room accessory than a random add-on. The gripper backing works well and keeps it from sliding around on the couch arm. I also like the small drawer more than I expected. It is useful for keeping my glasses and Fire TV remote close by instead of having them disappear into the couch. My main complaint is the cup holder. The hole does not fit all cups, so it limits what I can comfortably use with it. I think a small indent would have been more practical than a cutout hole, since it would work with more cup and mug shapes.
