I bought this watch for swimming. It’s comfortable, affordable, simple to use, has a nice big clear easy to read face, and the backlight is beautifully bright. I could say it’s the greatest sports watch I’ve ever owned…but that’s not saying enough. Because the truth is, I just rescued my watch out of my front-load washing machine after accidentally leaving it in my pants pocket. I like the feel of this watch! It's got a nice large digital readout, looks good at night with the backlight on, has the basic features needed and is comfortable to wear. It is not too large and the band does not feel constrictive or dig into my wrist. Good purchase!

I needed an inexpensive watch for my elderly father who tends to hit his arm on things, thus breaking watches regularly. I also wanted a digital dial since I'm not sure if he can still read a watch face due to memory problems. This watch is a great deal at only $10 and a steal when on sale for less. The band is a pretty standard silicon while the watch body is built to look like a rugged sportsman watch, but honestly it is far too inexpensively made to believe any of the claims. This is an incredible deal. The back light is extremely bright and clear. I wear this watch day and night and the night light is what sells this watch for me. I have probably over 100 watches including many Casio and Casio G Shock watches This watch blows them all away with it's easy to read face and the light. I was not expecting luxury quality from a $9.99 digital watch, but I did expect it to reliably tell time for more than two days. I have owned several watches over the years, including inexpensive sports watches with similar features as well as higher-end watches, so I understand the difference between “budget” and “defective.” Unfortunately, this watch falls into the second category. After only two days of normal use, the display stopped properly showing the time. Most of the other functions also stopped working shortly afterward. Oddly enough, the alarm still goes off every hour and at the time I originally set, but because the display no longer functions correctly, it is not possible to disable. The watch was not dropped, damaged, exposed to water, or misused in any unusual way. It simply failed during ordinary use. The navy blue rubber strap also feels fairly cheap and does not fit especially well, although I could have overlooked that if the actual watch had continued functioning. I understand this is an inexpensive product, but a watch should at minimum remain operational for longer than a couple of days. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend it. ... show more
