I recently installed the SNDOAS Tankless Hot Water Heater Natural Gas 4.23 GPM 16L and overall I’m very happy with its performance. The biggest advantage is the instant hot water. Unlike traditional tank heaters, this unit heats water only when you turn on the faucet, so you don’t have to wait long for hot water and you don’t run out during longer showers. The 4.23 GPM flow rate (16 liters per minute) provides a steady supply of hot water that works well for typical household tasks like showers, washing dishes, or doing laundry. Units with this capacity can usually handle one or two water fixtures at the same time depending on temperature settings and incoming water temperature.

It works as described! It was a very straight forward install replacing my 12 year old 40 gal tank. Took a while as I had to tear out the old floor and replumb the unit, Hopeful it is durable . I live in west Arizona so we don't use Hot water in the summer! LOL Price was reasonable and arrived quickly as usual. I am very satisfied with my purchase

My mom water heater recently broke which is a big no no in the winter. She needed something quick and affordable. I was skeptical to purchase such a thing from here but I’m glad i did. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Not that heavy at all but feels very durable. It was easy for her to install and the water temp is perfect on it ! We are happy !!

The media could not be loaded. Making a small bathroom in our basement this is perfect. I unfortunately don’t have a picture of it installed because the bathroom isn’t done yet. This is exactly what we needed. Seems very easy to set up. Came with everything it needs. well packaged! well priced!

This will be replacing our tank water heater. It’s best to have 2psi metering pressure at the house pipe and keep the Maxitrol regulator as close as possible to the water heater. Your utility verify the 2psi to the house. This water heater will handle our needs. From shower to laundry to dishwasher its 102,000 BTU burner and a high flow rate of 4.75 GPM is more than up for the job. Built to be durable and lasting with parts such as the copper heat exchanger and burner that is multi row which gives off a consistent heat from the stable combustion. Designed to give consistent heat and water pressure. Safety feature of sealed forced exhaust (flue) system that removes all combustion gases directly outside through the included vent pipe. Instructions included although we are going to have it installed by a heating and plumbing company due to no fault of the water heater setup. Just a bit elderly now and easier to have them hookup. Plus the heating company will have the equipment to measure the PSI inside delivered to the heater. I will be updating if any issues which I am not anticipating. Great value for the price!

I have been running this tankless water heater for a little bit now and it has completely changed how hot water works in my house. The first thing I noticed was how compact it is compared to a traditional tank. It mounted cleanly on the wall and did not take over the utility space. Build quality feels solid and well put together and the unit looks modern. Once it was hooked up the instant hot water was obvious. I can run a shower and the kitchen sink at the same time without the temperature dropping which is a big win. The LED display is easy to read and adjusting the temperature is simple and precise. It runs quieter than I expected and does not sound like a machine working overtime. From daily use it feels efficient and dependable and overall a good value for the performance. This is best for households that use hot water in multiple places at once and may not be ideal for very low gas pressure setups.
