Ridiculous amount of packaging foam -- car key as size reference I like the lawnmower -- lots of power. Used another one for 3 seasons but the motor rusted (my fault -- I should not have used water to was the grass debris off). I bought this renewed one as a replacement. The frustration with this renewed version is the ridiculous amount of packaging foam they use. It filled my entire trash can afterwards! By the way, I wish you can recycle the foam as they suggest, but as you know recycling efforts are pretty limited these days. They could easily have used half as big a box and 1/4 of the packaging foam! ... show more

This lawnmower is great. I have a gigantic yard and this allows me to do one pass cuts even with wet grass of Moderate length without stoppages or stalling. The 2 batteries are more than adequate to supply 30 to 40 minutes of cutting time per battery. In addition the mulching function is near perfect and it’s very quiet to operate.Overall I am very impressed with this lawnmower. This is the first battery operated lawnmower I’ve purchased. I use battery operated tools at work everyday at work with no issues but the battery life in these sucks !!! I have only had this thing for 6 months and used it 4 or 5 times. The first battery stopped working a couple months in now this one stopped working. I’ll never buy one again as the batteries are the price of a brand new mower . I even purchased a new battery when the first one went out and the wrong one was sent and they don’t take returns as it’s considered hazardous waste. It’s still in the new package .
