This is advertised as a frame for posters and certificates. It also works as a nice-looking artwork frame that just happens to be inexpensive. Everything about the frame works as advertised. The sides lift (snap) open so you can drop your item into the cradle; it's easy. The sides snap closed, and voila, you have a framed print, poster, whatever. These frames remind me of the aluminum frame kits I've bought and used in the past but with a much simpler, well designed approach. The advantage of the aluminum frame kits was a much wider range of sizing options. (With oversized pieces and a hacksaw you could get any size you wanted.) You can't do that with these snap frames, but their ease of use more than compensates, and (thin!) mats can accomplish what a hacksaw did with the older aluminum frames kits.     • Absolutely In Love With These Poster Frames
Honestly, I do not hand out a lot of five-star reviews, but these poster frames deserve them many times over. It's also a lesson in how to introduce your product to the customer even before they use the product. The frames are extremely well packaged. There are explanatory stickers on every part of the frame and in clear and legible English. Best of all, there is nothing to assemble. I expected to find a slim narrow package containing fifty disassembled pieces. Instead, I was pleased to find one piece: the fully assembled poster frame, ready to go. And yes, there is that thing in the instructions that says--and I'm paraphrasing--"If you want to know how to hang these frames, Google it." Instead of being offended by it, I found it endearing in an odd way. I also find it nice that the picture frames are products of Turkey and not from other, usual countries of origin. The frames are a little bit wobbly when you pull them out of the box, so go easy with them. They gain their strength from being installed on the wall. I also expected the flip-top picture frame edges to not flip up very well. But the edges are easy to flip up and they snap back down with enough strength to hold the poster in place. The edges are metal and they do have some sharp edges, so be careful. ... show more

    • Looks good, and easy to install
You really can't go wrong with this poster frame. The most important thing is that the frame you receive is true to the size promised, so you can rest assured that your poster will fit. Beyond that, it's also well made and looks good on the wall. Installing a poster couldn't be easier--just snap it into place. And installing the frame on your wall also shouldn't be too much trouble. The frame comes with a set of wall anchors so you can mount it with screws. However, if you so choose, you can also use an adhesive mount. While the adhesives are not included, that was the option I chose for my own installation, in case I want to move it later. This design of frame is perfect if you've acquired one of those scratch-off posters (for instance, a scratch-off map or a scratch-off list of must-see movies or must-read books) because you can install the poster either with or without a glass or plastic cover. The frame comes with a plastic screen. If you're using it for a scratch-off (as I am), it's quite convenient to leave that screen off so you can scratch the scratch-offs without removing the poster from the frame. When you've completed your project, you can then just install the included plastic screen to keep your poster safe. ... show more

These will work great for us. I would give 5-stars except for a couple of minor things and you can judge for yourself as they are minor. The back of the frame (which will never be seen) was pretty scratched up. Personally, I don't care but it is a quality control thing. It is aluminum and the corners are a bit sharp, but I really can't see a way around that short of making it out of plastic. One annoying thing to me is that the clear plastic sheet came taped to the back of the frame. Why not just put this one plastic protector inside the frame along with the second one? The tape left a really stick residue on the back. That annoys me. I just put a clear piece of tape over the sticky residue and it took care of the problem. This is a 5-star product with just a few minor packaging issues. It opens and closes nicely and it's going to make a breeze out of signage that needs be updated periodically. Simply the best frame out there. I need a sturdy yet simple to use picture frame for items I've had in shortage from my military service. This frame is the perfect fit for my submarine photos. The only issue I had was I needed to go to the company website to get the information on how to open it. The black border opens out and you insert the photo into it. I hope my photos help as a visual explanation. All in all I would recommend this frame with command 3 strips. ... show more

The only bad part about these frames is that you have to attach them to the wall with screws. 3m tabs might do the trick because the frames are so light but they come with screws and drywall ancors so you will only want to try the tabs if you have extras lying around. Either way no more searching for the pin holes in the wall from the last poster that was hanging! The hanging part is easy but if you want to move your poster to another wall you have to take out the screws and rehang. I suggest buying multiple frames so you can move your poster from wall to wall but if you do that you may have an empty frame where your poster used to be so then you need more posters to fill the other frames. Moving all your posters around will be a snap! I'm up to 9 22X28 black frames with the oldest being about 4 years old. I don't have as much time as I would like to move them all around but they all work great and I will add more once I by have more posters. If you want you can even hang them sideways! Be careful to hang them on a flat surface or you may bend the frame and then they may not work as good but that would be your fault because I think they were not designed to be hung on a bumpy wall. ... show more

I had ordered movie posters over 2 years ago to hang in my home theater yet could never find a frame that I felt comfortable purchasing. The cheaper Amazon frames had low star ratings and complaints about quality while the quality wood frames were over $100. The SnapeZo impressed me with the build quality and ease of hanging as well as a price that was comparable for the product. I ordered three 24"x36" frames from Amazon and had them the next day. I had them mounted and filled with the posters in about an hour. You need a long level, tape measure, drill with bits, Philips screw driver, stud finder and pencil. I chose the first location of the frame and found a stud in which to screw into directly. I used screws into the wall stud on one side of the frame and used the plastic anchors in the sheet rock on the other side. Mounting screws in all 4 corners makes for a solid mount. The frames come with two protective acrylic covers (not glass). One is clear and one is meant to be less reflective. I used the less reflective protective cover for my theater application. The feature of flipping up each side of the frame to quickly change art work really does work well. My only issue was getting the stray dog hair off the acrylic because once you remove the protective film they are filled with static. I highly recommend this frame for anyone that needs to change out art work frequently or who wants a quality frame at a decent price. ... show more

    • Amazing Product - Disappointed in Damage
The frame is pretty, simple, and easy to affix with a large painting. For the price, I think the quality is less than desirable. What disappointed me the most is that the product arrived so damaged that the frame was mangled beyond possible use. The box was literally BENT and the frame would not function to hold my painting. This was a gift for my grandmother to hold a painting my deceased grandfather painted with our family decades ago. While the frame, in theory, functions in a very simple and user-friendly way while looking quite polished, I am upset to have spent over $50 on a product that was ultimately not functional, requiring me to order a new one (and I'm still hoping for the best that it will arrive without damage.) ... show more
