Very happy with this quality toilet. very well made and everything included needed to install. Only complaint-this is very heavy, and FedEx left this package in front of my rural mailbox-sticking out in the road too-needed to be brought down to my door. Fedex was bad service

My cousin and I installed this for my father with mobility issues. He loves the height and the toilet seems to be fairly well made. I’m not one to closely read instructions when I’ve installed at least 6 other toilets. We installed the flapper and screwed the tank to the base to find out the flapper was binding against the side of the tank and had to take it apart to move the flapper. Assembled the tank didn’t feel tight against the bowl and there was a little give that would cause the tank to have an eighth hole much gap and bump against the wall. I solved it with some rubber door gasket at the top of the tank. I ordered the model with what I thought was an upgraded/slightly thicker seat (trying to get as much height as possible) but it was the same thickness only a quick release variant. Not gonna complain about that, just understand when looking/ordering. Would I buy this again? Yes.
