This was the perfect filler for my Hobbit themed tank! It’s pretty soft, and you can fan out the grass if you want it to appear fuller. It also came with so many pieces that I had plenty left over for when I upgrade to a larger tank.

Great price for the amount you receive. They definitely had that strong smell others mentioned in their reviews, even after soaking overnight. I didn’t boil just because I’m not sure the quality of the plastic & if it’ll release chemicals once boiled.
