Let's be honest here--Okay? The Aging body (65 and over), for the average woman, can use a bit of...assistance. As a pro-ager at 65 years, rather than an anti-ager, it is my mission to present a positive and fun picture of the "senior" woman! I'm sick and tired of the "old lady" stereotype that is often coveyed. We do NOT wear swimsuits that have skirts that go past the thighs. (most of us anyway). We all don't have boulders that hit down to the waist (many of us). We want to dispel the offensive stereotype and get our body-positive clothing on--and that includes the item known as the Bathing Suit. Granted, many of us (I'm talking 'bout me here) have gained quite a few el-bees from stress eating during this pandemic. And many of us have acquired a thick mid-section due to menopause. However, it's no reason to give up on looking your best down the shore, at the lake, or pool or during your resort travels. Which brings me to this ridiculously flattering bathing suit! When I spotted this cutie advertised on a youthful and well-toned body, I thought, hmmm. Since it's advertized as "tummy slimming" perhaps this woman is really 35 pounds heavier and the swimsuit delivered on the tummy-slimmimg. In addition, the style was very chic and flattering. But--would it deliver? It did. I'm happy to report that this bathing suit is so wonderful on a good number of points. First of all, please order your regular size. IRL I'm an 8 and thanks to stress-eating I'm teetering on a 10. After mulling over the Medium or Large, I settled on the Medium. Remember, swimsuits expand when wet so you want to get as close a fit as you can. The fit? It's great. I'm just a tad under 5 feet 6 inches. My legs aren't the longest, but my torso IS long-waisted. This can cause an issue with the majority of one-piece bathing suits. Luckily, this swimsuit fits beautifully. I don't have to pull out the bottom from being wedged in between my ample cheeks AND I don't have to worry about severe camel-toe from the front of the suit riding up my origin of the world! The fit is absolutely wonderful. Does it hold in my belly? Yeah. It does--to a point. A bit of the gut still pops out, but for the most part, it sucks the bad bits in. This suit also comes with detachable soft cups. Let's talk about this for a moment. I'm a hard-cup, flotation device pads kinda woman. After years of breastfeeding and with age comes a bit of sagging. If you have the saggy girls, might I suggest investing in a pair of hard cups because they insert perfectly and give a more flattering and youthful silhoutte and hold those babies up to be at their perkiest! The rusching is also an added feature for slimming. And that neckline. Oh lord, how I love that squared-off neckline. I''ll tell you something else. My husband is Parisien. That means he believes himself to be an expert on women's fashion. (eyeroll) He usually gives the French Shrug to any one-piece I've worn but..when I exited out of the ocean in this, he gave his seal of approval and told me that this bathing suit is spectacular. So I'm gonna surprise him by treating myself to a second one that he can pay for! Look. I realize that it's July and this summer has almost passed us by . But due to circumstances beyond our control, there's still plenty of sun and swime time! But for the remaining days till the Fall, this is the only suit you will need. The comfort level is stellar, as is the fit and it is flattering to boot. And don't even get me started on the price. It's better in price AND quality than any of the garbage I've seen in department and specialty stores geared to the older woman or ANY woman . This is an excellent suit and I'm glad I ordered it. I’m 5’4” and 130 lbs and the small fits me perfectly! The bottom cupped the cheeks without riding up, and the ruching across the abdomen disguised a less than toned stomach. Which is always a win! The low cut square neckline was sexy without being vulgar. I took the advice of another reviewer that suggested buying a more supportive set of inserts for the ‘bra ledge’ and she was right. A small change but actually did elevate my silhouette. I highly recommend this bathing suit!

I was excited for this bathing suit because of the positive reviews. When I received it today I was shocked how tiny the package was, it was the size of my phone, Immediately I said to myself, now that can't be from great quality and must be made thin and cheap. The color is real nice red, Material is soft and a bit thin. To me there is NO TUMMY CONTROLL what so ever. I am 5'1 125lbs and C/D Cup so I ordered a M, which was a bit to big and loose on me. It was not tight at all around the tummy section. It is more just ruffled fabric in the front but NO control. I own some bathing suits that actually have tummy control and those feel tight in the midsection, that means it holds your tummy in better. Since my Bust is a C/D I would love for the top to fit better. The Cup inserts made my breast look funny so I took them out and it look much more naturel, just with no support then. I will send it back and exchange for a size S to see if it fits better in the torso. If S is to small unfortunately I have to return it, but it is a very nice bathing suit for that money. It has a flattering look.

This is great bathing suit for when I want to play with the kids at the pool without too much prep or without wearing anything too revealing. Appropriate, yet still flattering! Stays in place and fits nicely, just enough coverage, true to size, and the color hasn’t faded. Really useful one-piece!

I liked the color and overall style of this swimsuit - specifically that it had more coverage. However, I ultimately returned it because of the fit. The top fit well but the bottom part was loose - not too loose that it was overly baggy but enough for you to be self conscious about it not being snug and in place. But if your body shape will fill out the bottom part (mine is lacking haha), then this could be a great swimsuit to add to your collection!

This is a pretty suit. It’s comfortable and flattering especially with the halter tie at neck. If you are purchasing a suit for tummy control this may not be your best option. It has some support but not a lot Sizing, I judged by a previous reviewer and she was correct. I am 5’1” with larger bust weighing 113 lbs. The small is a great fit. I may remove the bra inserts for even better fit. Very happy with purchase! It’s definitely 4/5 star!
