This is the only foundation I have used during the past ten years, it covers the face properly, it is not very heavy but it makes you look as if you had your make-up done by a professional, it doesn't have any funny smell (to me at least) and the best of all: it lasts all day, and if you go to a wedding at night it lasts all night as well!! I have even slept on it (unintentionally) and I've woken up with the foundation intact. The only thing, for oily skin people like me, you do have to pat down your face after around 4-5 hours to remove the "brightness" on your face, specially if you live in a humid climate like me. I am not a guru when it comes to make-up, I like simple things that I can put on quickly and effortlessly and this is one of them. I have to say that I pair this with the smashbox hydrating powder which gives me the flawless look I look for, without it getting cakey or flakey. I usually wear make-up monday thru friday and it lasts me around 2 months.

I won't use anything else perfect shade and non creasing it's non transferring stays where you put it till you take it off. It removes easily and completely. and is buildable I have some areas that need more product than others due to scarring and this is perfect for me. my scarring is light to mild due to acne some pitting and discoloring. I did not give a sheerness review because to me I was not wanting that. I use a make up sponge applicator to apply I have use this several years . A tip I went to a store to find the shade I needed bought first bottle there the rest I purchase online

I have tried every foundation out there, even expensive "designer" ones from dept stores. This is my favorite so I buy two at a time. If you have never used this one, you will probably need to go to Macy's or Sephora and find your shade first. I always buy 2.3 and it matches perfectly without being too pink or too yellow. The best part of all is that it stays all day! I always wash my face twice in the evening (or use a makeup wipe + wash) and it comes off. That's how well it stays all day! If Smashbox ever stops making this one I am in big trouble because I don't know what I'd do.
