Have been using this eye liner for several years now. Always bought from Ulta or Macy's. Found it on Amazon and it is less expensive. Have noticed the last few times I ordered from Amazon that the quality of the eyeliner has deteriorated. I don't know if the formula has changed or if Amazon is getting seconds (or knock offs). Best waterproof eyeliner I have tried & have tried most! Unfortunately the tip continues to break off before it runs out & can't access the liner inside. A bit pricey for a product that continues to break, but can't find a better brand.

Worst eyeliner I’ve ever used. So dry it wouldn’t go on. The cap is a horrible design every time you screw it back on it smashes off, and you lose a huge chunk of eyeliner. Will never purchase again.
