Well, we got a new puppy! Yeah!! Then night rolled around and we put the puppy in his kennel and he cried all night long. No one slept a wink those first few nights. I know some people say to get an old style clock and the ticking sound will comfort the puppy. I never really liked that idea because I was worried that the puppy would break the clock and accidentally swallow a piece of it. I happened upon this Snuggle Puppy and thought it was worth a try and seemed less risky than a clock. Well, let me tell you... he loves his puppy! I guess it didn't help that he was from a littler of 13 but having a "puppy" with a heartbeat that he could rest his head on actually made him feel better. I bought this heart beat pup for my puppy when we brought him home. He LOVES his baby Biscuit! It’s a little big for my little guy, but he loves it so much and carries it around everywhere! The batteries last a very long time even if you leave it on 24/7. As a matter of fact when the heartbeat goes off he will chew at the stomach area and I know it’s time to turn it back on or change the batteries. The Velcro is extremely durable and hard to open but be careful if you have a determined chewer bc it can be opened if your pup is determined like mine. My pup is 11 months old now and still loves his heartbeat baby and carries it around everyday and plays with it. So far it’s held up pretty well with him playing and chewing on it, no holes yet, however he has chewed a little of the tail off. The heartbeat is pretty realistic sounding and the pulsating is pretty realistic as well. 10/10 recommend. Would buy again if for any reason ours stops working or gets torn up.

If you have a sweet puppy like our 8 week old pug puppy that is struggling being without mama dog.. please buy this. Our puppy has struggled so badly with separation anxiety. I was skeptical because I didn’t think something would actually soothe her like her momma did… but, since I purchased this she has stayed right next to it. She curls right up to it and falls asleep peacefully, crate training has become easier.. please if you’re considering this.. spend the money. It is a game changer, and I received it the day after I ordered it! Just don’t forget the AAA batteries. It is well made, light weight and equivalent to a small adult dog size so she truly thinks it’s her mom.. I give this 5 stars! Also there isn’t a “pug” stuffed animal choice which I did worry would be an issue for her but, she doesn’t care. She clings to it regardless, so even if they don’t have the same Breed as your pup, get it! They won’t notice.

We go Lily at 8 weeks old. She slept through her first night in her crate with her heartbeat “Mama” at her side. We have never had a problem with her going to bed. She actually looks forward to her regular bedtime. She was smaller than the heartbeat dog then, but has outgrown it now. I ordered the white one because I knew Lily’s mama was white. This is a picture if Lily at 10 months. She is a miniature poodle and goes back in her cage sometimes in the daytime, just to visit her “Mama”.

I bought this before bringing my new puppy home. With my older dog, crying at night was a big issue that kept us awake. I knew I didn't want to go through that again so I hoped this would help some. OMG i didn't expect it to work so well! Aside from potty breaks, he sleeps mostly through the night. When I do notice he is awake, he is just playing quietly by himself in the crate and usually falls back asleep after a few minutes. I consider this an excellent purchase.

Got this to help the new 9 week old puppy with adjusting to being in a new home. Put it in the crate with him and drove the two hours from the breeder to home. The pup never cried in the crate! Even at night when we weren’t near him. It may be that we were fortunate to get that rare pup but, I’m pretty sure it was the Snuggle Puppy. We only turned on the heartbeat device at night. Definitely recommend. Especially for the price is worth the try.

We brought our new Sheltie puppy home at 3.5 months old and he's had his Snuggle Puppy in his kennel with him from night 1. He has literally not whined in his kennel and slept through the night since the start with his Snuggle Puppy, it feels like a miracle! We leave his kennel door open during the day and he'll even go in and take naps during the day, but always cuddles up next to his Snuggle Puppy or uses it as a pillow. So grateful that this seems to have taken the potential stress and anxiety out of crate training, for all of us!

I bought this just before we brought our 8 week old puppy home. We were afraid he'd miss his brother's and sisters and this stuffed dog would help comfort him. It has a little heart that goes inside it and has two different settings (8 hour/24 hour) and it has a heating pad. We activated both things the first full week of bringing our new puppy home. It worked wonderfully. He snuggled up to it each night and went right to sleep. He's now 20 weeks old and loves this stuffed puppy. It is his security blanket of sorts. We can ask him where "puppy" is and he'll go get it. It is made of a very good quality fabric. I'm still in shock that it's not been ripped to shreds. He plays with it multiple times a day. I'd buy this product again and again!
