Both the plant and the container are beautiful! Out of the box it was easy to arrange and "fluff" and shape into an absolutely realistic-looking houseplant, especially from about 5 feet away! I needed something tall and narrow to fit a corner space. This tree fit perfectly! It’s lush and full and the mix of colors of the leaves adds to the realistic look. The trunk is thick and real although it was a little fiddly to get the two parts connected. It needed a fair bit of shaping but that’s to be expected. At some point I’ll probably put it in a decorator pot but until then the black pot looks fine.     • Realistic plant, with some quality control issues
The cardboard box the tree came in was a little too small for it, so the tree leaves on top were squished and scrunched up more intensely than they needed to be. Still, all the leaves fluffed up out of the box immediately without issue, so the damage was minimal. The extra second trunk is a bit weird, particularly considering it leads nowhere with no leaves, but it does improve the plant's aesthetic and make it feel more realistic, so I guess it's fine. The main trunk is simple, smooth, and straight, while the branches & leaves sticking out of it are convincing enough at a distance. The glue is clearly visible, but on this tree, it looks a lot like sap, so it comes off as surprisingly natural and convincing. This tree was particularly lightweight, even more than expected given its light copper pot, so it was very easy to maneuver. However, the pot's base is not fully level, so the whole plant is a bit wobbly on the floor no matter where I positioned it. It's thus very easy to accidentally tip it over and cause it to fall, especially given how it doesn't have the weight to force keeping it upright. Overall, it's an impressive and convincing fake plant at a price not too unreasonable. Just be aware there can be quality control issues, like having an uneven pot bottom. ... show more

    • Planter base is too narrow
It looks great, but poor design. The bottom of the planter is narrow, and the teee is tall. It’s also very light so it will blow over in the wind if you keep it outside. I’ve added 40 lbs of weight to the planter so hopefully that does the trick. However to do so cost me another $50 in materials.

    • ARTIFICIAL FICUS THAT LOOKS REAL!
After adjusting all of the branches, it looks like a “real” ficus…beautiful! Comes in two parts—the bottom of the plant (with pot) and the top portion that you insert into the bottom portion. My husband was impressed, which says a lot!
