I can already tell you this new 17 pro max case is worth your purchase! It is the same quality if not better than before. I won’t buy another brands case. I might just a buy a few of these in more prints! The edges are perfect to protect the new screen design of the 17. It also has the raised rim for the camera and sensor area. The transparent design nicely showcases the color of the phone. It fits perfectly and is easy to hold. The camera button and other buttons are easy to use. I cannot recommend this case enough. The case for my 13 pro max tells you everything you need to know. The galaxy print gripzilla case is 4 years old. It’s the original case I bought for the 13 and I never had to replace it or my phone. Even have the original screen protector. I have very poor coordination and am horribly accident prone. Trust me that phone has met the ground many times from various heights and situations. Several times I thought it was for sure the end and it dusted right off. Case didn’t even show wear until the last year or so where the MagSafe ring is. This is the perfect case. It’s sturdy and protective; yet it’s lightweight. I especially like the finger indentations on the right side to aid the grip in the right hand. I had used an Otter box case with my previous iPhone. This is lighter, easier to install, and the protection is comparable.

Its funny I have had a lot of phones and case over the years. I got this case for the retro look of the 70s as well as the fact it protects the new camera button on my Iphone 16 Pro. The extra grip locations for your fingers is fantastic. It makes it easy to grip and hold no matter what. For guys with larger hands this is must have. No more fumbling for the phone this one fits nicely. The case itself has a grip feeling all the way around with all the grooves that have been etched into the outside. I have dropped this phone of the counter, out of tree while climbing 30 feet up for pruning as well as other heights. It definitely protects the phone. If you mated with the appropriate screen protector this protect your phone for along time to come. Does NOT impact mag-safe charging, all the adpaters plug in just fine. Great value for the money. I've tried a few cases, but the Smartish GripZilla is the one that's truly stuck with me. The name sounds a bit silly, but the "Gripzilla" sides are absolutely genius. It's not just a rubbery texture; it's a specific pattern that locks the phone into your hand. For a phone this size, that extra confidence when you're reaching for a photo or texting one-handed is invaluable. I genuinely worry about dropping it way less now. What makes this case so good is that it doesn't sacrifice practicality for protection. It’s got excellent shock absorption (those reinforced corners really help!), but it still manages to stay relatively slim. Returning: reason: MagSafe is not strong enough for my use in the car with a MagSafe phone holder. I am comparing it the Mbot which has excellent magnetic properties. What I love about this case is its thinness to durability ratio. It checks both of those boxes. Its has great grippiness and won’t slide when you put it down. The case is hard and feels well made. The texture of the case is great however, my personal preference is for something a tiny bit softer of a feel. The camera button is super responsive. Overall, it really is a great product and worth the money. Unfortunately for me, if the magnet was better , it would have received 5 stars. This case is lightweight and VERY "gripable." Not at all slippery. Although it's slightly bulkier than the thinnest cases, it doesn't feel think. All the surfaces, edges, corners, front and back... have a nice, secure textured feel. All four corners are extra padded, and the edges are slightly raised on the screen side and around the camera slot, so neither the screen nor the lenses scrapes surfaces when the phone is laying flat. All the button controls on the case work flawlessly and easily; it's easy to feel which button is being pressed. And the speaker and USB-C ports are well recessed for protection. The magnetic charging system works perfectly; the case does not interfere with or diminish the charging function at all. If this case has a drawback, it's just that it's very "plain." There are alternative styles available, but the flashy designs are not for me. I'd prefer just to have a selection of "plain" colors to help my phone stand out when collected with others. Unfortunately, of course, the colored case completely hides the iPhone's own color and style, but that's a low priority compared to protection. ... show more
