I've put 250 miles on it since Aug, with out breakdowns. I like it and would recommend it to others for a inexpensive scouter, but you get what you pay for, I did need to bolt down the cheep plastic cover with the light, Dirt roads just pop the plastic clips right off. two bolts and it cant move.

The bike looks good and assembly was easy as expected. Plastics are poor quality, but this is to be expected for the price. As long as you are mechanically inclined it shouldn't be a problem to put it together and make some necessary upgrades during the initial assemble to ensure (change sparkplug, fuel lines, change gear and motor oil, bleeding brakes...). Haven't had the chance to test performance much as I can't legally ride it because of the lack of MSO, but so far it's been good. Update: MSO took longer than expected, that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars ... show more

I cannot put into words how incredibly frustrating it has been dealing with this vendor and then with Amazon. We purchased a moped on line, ONLY because it was sold through Amazon, and we expected vendors to be vetted and a guarantee that products work. The moped arrived within days of being purchased. The box was smashed when it arrived, but the moped looked to be in good condition inside, so the delivery was accepted - HUGE MISTAKE The moped was assembled as per instructions. It never ran properly. It actually turned on once, and it stopped working after less than a mile. Since then, it has not worked. We have tried incessantly to get our money back. Vendor will only accept moped back in original box and shrink wrapped. That's a joke. First, the box was smashed, Second who can shrink wrap, at home a gigantic box, and Third, the cost of shipping the moped back to Dallas, TX would have cost more than the moped itself. Because the moped arrived within days of the order, I suspect that it was never shipped from Dallas, TX but rather from another distribution center closer to Washington, DC. However, that was not disclosed. Our communications between the vendor and us have been through Amazon. These communications have been very frustrating as you get a separate customer agent all the time, they do not read the previous notes, they all give you the same response and in the mean time two months have passed with no resolution. The vendor's reply is always: "Please let us know which part you need to order." My answer " The entire moped needs to be re-ordered IT DOES NOT WORK" No customer service agent understands that this is a just a bunch of pretty metal put together in the shape of a moped. It does not run, it has never ran. It is available for the vendor to come and pick it up. last week we were finally put through to someone who replied that because it is a third party vendor, their hands are tied when it comes to refunds. They offered me a $300 credit and said they would get back to me in 48 hours with either the rest of the refund or some sort of resolution. This has not happened, AMAZON, despite claiming that there is a guarantee on your money back has done very little. Again it has been two months!! We are now reaching out to our credit card company in the hope they can do something and we are not too late. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MOPED - IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND AMAZON WILL DO VERY LITTLE TO HELP YOU. ... show more

Scooter is great..only had it a few weeks didnt get to ride it much cause of the cold weather but so far so goood does 55+ 10 horsepower is a plus keeps up with traffic nice and powerfull would recommend to anyone price is great
