Downloaded both of the apps it told me to, changed my wifi settings to make it compatible, and followed all of the directions, however it would not connect at all. I tried everything the directions told me to, and triple checked everything. Waste of time and money, will be returning.

Got the bulbs and set them up easy enough with the instructions. Connected it to my Alexa network and everything went great all except for one bulb thta didn't work correctly. I contacted support and told them about it, they responded unprofessionally and didn't resolve the one bulb. Do I recommend them? Yes and no, yes because 2 out of the 3 worked great! No, because there was no support given when one of the bulbs didn't work correctly or as advertised. ... show more
