Drill a 1/4" hole. Pop it in the hole. Zip tie the cable. Can't be easier than that.

I modified my 2018 Jeep for flat tow. I had to cut a couple of the factory mounting ties attached to the bumper. These are a different style than factory but said they fit 1/4 hole even though for import cars. I was pleased to find they fit perfectly on my Jeep, locking in place with zero slop.

... Nissan uses them everywhere in the wiring harness. This product is a good alternative if you have to cut the OEM ones while doing auto work.
