I’ve had and used this product nearly every day for a few weeks now. Being a disabled person with many back problems and having had several surgeries I was skeptical if it would work for me. I started out with on 5 minutes clockwise and 5 counter clockwise. Then worked up to the full 30 minutes, being 15 minutes each direction. I haven’t noticed any reduction in waist size nor weight but I have definitely noticed my back and buttocks muscles have strengthened and my back pain has reduced. That in itself is worth it for me. With continued use I feel I will see reduction in waist size and continued strengthening of back and buttocks muscles. I’m happy to have had the opportunity to review this product and recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. Since using the Smart Weighted Hula Hoop for about 2 weeks, 30mins daily, I have lost 4lbs and I don't have to squeeze into my pants anymore. I am so happy to use this product, and it also doesn't cause any impact on my knees and joints.

I was a little skeptical at first but it's actually pretty fun to use. Putting it together was straightforward, although I would recommend you test the fit after adding each link/extension because it stretches. I found I had to remove a couple of links to get it snug when I thought I had the size eyeballed correctly. Then just fill the weight with water and go! The effect is exactly what you'd get with a normal hula-hoop without having to worry about keeping it hovering up on your waist. While I can't say yet how good it will be for weight loss, I did notice my abs were sore the following morning so it definitely gave them a workout. The only thing I would change is having a different pin to use as the "belt buckle" to remove the hoop when you're done. Unless I missed something, it's just one of the white pins that you use to connect all the links together and requires some force to get in & out. This is pretty minor though.

The media could not be loaded. So this smart weighted hula hoop actually works... But the secret is to make it go round and round slowly so you can start feeling the burn... As well as squating a little bit so it can get your glutes... The instruction manual was a little difficult to understand but they sent me an email telling me they sent the wrong instruction manual... and if needed they could send a better one to understand... But honestly it was pretty common sense to put together... Overall Im happy with my weighted hula hoop and plan to keep using it to loose some inches off my waist..

Ive been trying to find one of these for a reasonable price for awhile now and finally stumbled upon this product and decided to try it out, i was pleasantly surprised by this thing, it had multiple settings so everyone in my family could actually fit the thing on and it seems pretty sturdy! And the weight just has you fill it with water so no need to worry when storing it away or anything. I think I definitely give this 5 stars, was exactly what I was looking for.

The media could not be loaded. Once you get this hula hoop set up, it works pretty well. The initial setup does take some time, since you have to hook up all the different sections and clip it in. Once you clip it in, then you have to loosen one section to put the whole the whole band and then lock that section in. So once you get everything set up, the next time you use it, it will be a lot easier. But the initial setup does take some time. Once you start using it, the weight and everything feels pretty even and spins pretty easily.

The media could not be loaded. This is a strange little device, but it actually works. It takes a bit to get used to the pins, but once everything is connected it stays put. I couldn't get it to work around my waist, so I moved it lower to just above my hips, and that was the perfect spot for me. You have to swing the water ball to get it started, and then your movements keep it going.
