This watch is easy to set up and easy to use. It is also comfortable and stylish. It is easy to wear for day to day use and will pass in situations requiring a more formal appearance. The only draw back, and it is not the watches fault, is that Apple iOS does not allow non-Apple smart watches to send text messages. This is an Apple issue not the watches, but it is still not worth spending $400 for an Apple product, when for less than $100 you can get something better. ... show more

Short battery life, always changing screens without me wanting it to and the band snags on everything!! 1. Battery charge does not last long at at. Having to charge it every 2 days and this is with most of the notifications turned off. 2. No way to have the notification set to turn on for the Messages text app but not all apps. I don't want everything and I should be able to select each app I want notifications from. 3. I will be working on my laptop and I feel it buzz. When I look at it, it is showing the option to change the home screen pic. I never selected to do this! 4. The band is comfortable but catches on my clothes. I have to pull up my sleeves so it doesn't snag/catch my sleeves. It has snagged many sleeves, shirts, etc. Very frustrating... ... show more

I couldn't be happier with my watch! Sure, I had a good chuckle about some of the garbled English on the user manual, but it works perfectly and looks great. The large face is easy to read at a glance without looking comically oversized on my wrist, with a clean, contemporary style that's well matched with gym wear or a more elegant outfit alike. I got black and it goes with everything, naturally. I can go a full day without charging, which is honestly impressive given how much I use it! Love the bluetooth connection for controlling music, answering phone calls, etc; it's just so convenient since it's always close at hand. I haven't yet worn it while swimming, but I have worn it in heavy, soaking rain and it works like a champ, so it's great for whatever the elements throw at you. Besides, compared to pricey name brand smartwatches, this thing is an absolute steal. I've already gotten my money's worth, and then some, after just a few weeks! ... show more

I had the same Fitbit watch for more than 4 years. It was fine, but finally quit working. I purchased this watch for its step count, heart rate monitoring and other features. It works as advertised, although blood pressure, pulse ox and heart rate monitoring didn’t seem very accurate. My biggest complaint was the alarm feature; I use my watch as my alarm. It keeps me from waking my wife when I get up. The alarm was very weak, even on its most aggressive setting. I slept through it more than once. I eventually returned the watch. Return was simple and uncontested. No complaints. I ended up getting an Apple Watch, and am better pleased. This is a fine watch, but it didn’t suit my needs fully. ... show more

I am definitely an Apple Watch wearer, but due to the price I decided to give this watch a try. What I do love most about this watch is that it has the most accurate stepcount I've ever seen in a watch this reasonably priced. I literally looked at the watch this ok steps forward and backwards and saw the step counter accuracy. It also synced to my iPhone 11 and 13 Pro Max and I was able to answer calls from the watch without purchasing additional data plans.
