I've been wanting to try a smartwatch, but I couldn't quite bring myself to shell out a lot of money when I wasn't sure how much I would use it. This is a great choice for an affordable, functional, easy-to-use smartwatch that has all the necessities. It was quick and easy to pair up with my phone via Bluetooth, and it has a USB charger that attaches magnetically to the watch. You do have to download an app to use the watch, but that was also easy, and the app itself is simple (in a good way) and a nice way to look at detailed stats and customize your watch. Both the watch and app are pretty intuitive, so it's simple to set up, use, and customize (and the app has a detailed guide on how to work everything). I mostly use it for exercise tracking—which it works great for, with a range of stats measured and several types of exercise—but it also has a lot of handy features like music (or podcast) controls, camera control, message and call notifications, and a "find my phone" tool. Everything has synced up easily with my phone. The watch itself feels solid and well made (the band is rubber, but it’s comfortable and doesn't look cheap at all). The watch face is customizable, so you can choose both the design and arrangement of features—I especially like that you can use any photo in your (phone) camera roll to use as the watch face. There are quite a lot of face options/designs to choose from, with a decent selection of free options and an extensive library of ones mostly priced fifty cents to a dollar. Overall, I haven't had it long enough to judge how much I use it for everyday tasks, but it's exactly what I wanted for workout/health functions, and the other features are effective and convenient. It's fairly basic, but that makes it accessible and easy to use, and it has all the necessities (and is fun to use, of course!). ... show more
