    • It's great except connection at times
For the price this thing would absolutely smoke all others due to the price and amount of features. Has all the features of the others but a quarter the price. Heart rate monitor is accurate within 1 to 2 bpm. When working out sweat hinders accuracy but that's to be expected. Need a chest one for that but sleeping and just normal day to day works great. The biggest issue I have is if for whatever reason my phone and watch get separated (when I'm working out I don't wear it so I don't break it) it doesn't always want to reconnect automatically. Have to turn watch off then back on again which isn't a huge deal just annoying. But for how much less you pay for it I'll take that wash. Edit 6-12-23: well it was a good run. Watch won't connect to the phone half the time. Can't control music anymore. Just dies after 1 day sometimes then I have to charge. I guess you get what you pay for. Worked great at first but didn't last. ... show more

Nice watch for the money but won't stay connected to my phone. At least once a day it will disconnect and l have to go through the process of reconnecting!

    • I need a manual to help me figure this out.
This is an update (11/22/22) of my previous review: very promptly after I posted my original review I received an email forwarded by Amazon from the seller offering to help me with my watch. I have managed to figure out some of it my own but still think I will need help eventually. I upped my star rating from 3 to 5 because I am impressed with what I can do with the watch so far, and because of the prompt response from the seller to my plea for help. I received this watch yesterday and tried to record a cycling session. The watch had difficulty detecting my heart rate continuously, and was stuck on 55 bpm for a long time as I pedaled. I’m not sure what I am supposed to be able to get out of the watch but I’m pretty sure I need that heart rate detection. I’m not suggesting there’s anything wrong with the device. It is likely user error. When I checked the sleep function this morning I saw that the device captured between 5 and 6 hours of sleep time starting after 1am. This is incorrect. I was in bed sound asleep by 10:30 pm and up at 5:45 am, not the 6 something recorded by the device. Again, this could be user error. If there is a user manual somewhere PLEASE give me a LINK! ... show more

    • Excellent Display and Functions
So far, I love it! Second "health monitor" watch I've used and I'm really impressed with the display and functions. The display is sharp, and can be changed from several fonts/layouts, with varying colors and other graphics. The functions are too many to list, but the Oxymeter function really stands out, as it's calibrated exactly with a medical grade fingertip type (also purchased here on Amazon). Also, from a durability standpoint, the wristband is attached via a locking mechanism, versus those standard compressed arm rods that always seem to pop-out, so my only concern is if replacement wristbands are available. The work I do involves lots of material handling, and I just can't justify an iWatch, so I hope this can hold up to the abuse. If it lasts me six months than makes it worth the cost. ... show more

    • Can't change time!
I like the style of the phone but I can't change the time on it! I have looked on line on how to sinc this to my iPhone 14 pro but cant find the App to download! So now my watch is an hour behind!

    • Not Waterproof!
I'll be honest, I loved this watch for the first few months. It worked great, and even had it's own app to track your steps. The watch even looks so stylish that some people mistook it for an iwatch. At $30, this watch was a steal. This watch clearly says waterproof on it's title, but after a few swims in the pool, my watch stopped working. I thought it could be a battery problem, but it doesn't even hold a charge anymore. If you buy this watch, don't submerge it water because it clearly isn't waterproof. Or, you can just go with a more reliable brand altogether ... show more

    • It's a good watch
The written instructions in the box are limited. The instructions in the app are hard to follow and include pictures that are too small and dark to see. The connectivity from app to watch is spotty. So, the notifications and weather rarely work and again the instructions are not necessarily helpful. Step counts don't seem to always work unless there is a lag. I don't know enough to ask questions thru tech support. I might like it more if I had better instruction or even a video. ... show more
