    • Worst Purchase I Have Made on Amazon
I am returning this watch. Although it's a nice looking watch, it took me several hours to set up. I kept losing the info I had put in. After 1 day, it lost HALF of its battery power, and I was not using many features. I tried the Steps feature, which I know were outrageously incorrect. It did not continuously monitor my heart rate. The sleep monitor gave an unclear graphic view of my sleep cycles and provided the total amount of sleep, but did not differentiate the length of each type of sleep cycle, as my last smartwatch did. I can't speak about phone, message, or notification functions, as I did not use them. I use my phone for that. Update: Also, you have to wait forever to get your money back. You do not get an advanced refund. It must get to the Return Center. This can take 30 days or more, especially when UPS has the item, and it goes back and forth between Jacksonville, FL and Chattanooga, TN for over a week trying to get to its destination of Nashville. After 1 week, they have STILL not received it. This is the absolute WORST purchase I have ever made on Amazon! ... show more

Not very user friendly. The manual doesn’t help a lot either. Also not accurate. I noticed my ‘steps’ were increasing while driving. I put both hands on my steering wheel and did minimal movement, noticed it went up, then sat my hand on my thigh with no movement. Kept going up. I returned it after that. ... show more
