Overall, this is a great watch! The sleek and slender design makes it not only comfortable to wear but also nice enough to wear on formal occasions or with business attire. I have had problems in the past with silicon banded watched because my sensitive skin easily becomes irritated; however, this band breathes so well that, even when I sleep with the band on, I am comfortable and have no problems/reactions. Further, I have Issues with swelling that goes up and down throughout the day, requiring me to adjust the tightness of the band throughout the day. This is very easy to do with this watch! It is so simply to adjust that it takes almost no effort. The battery life on the watch lasts a very long time. Even when I have the watch on 24/7, it last nearly a week with everything enabled. This is especially important to me since I have to wear the watch when I am sleeping, so there is not always a convenient time to charge it. When I do need to charge the watch, it charges quickly – usually in less than an hour – and conveniently can be charged by plugging it into my laptop while I am working. I originally got a fitness watch because I have POTS which causes me to have a high heart rate and low blood pressure and requires that I monitor both of these, especially my heart rate which is hard for me to feel/be aware of. As such, the watch’s ability to track my heartrate constantly and accurately is very important to me. I was originally worried, since I have a small wrist, that the monitor might have trouble staying where it needed to in order to get accurate readings; however, the watch has proven to be very accurate, even while I am sleeping. The only time I get inaccurate heart rate readings is when I bend my wrist too far so that the watch isn’t fully touching my wrist anymore (which is not a problem with the watch). As for blood pressure, wrist readings are usually wildly inaccurate for me, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that, compared to the blood pressure cuff that I keep at home for measuring on my arm, the watch is generally 10-15 points high consistently and has actually been exactly the same on a few occasions. Not only is this a fairly small margin of error, it is consistent. As such, I can use the watch to estimate my current BP by simply subtracting 10 from whatever reading it gives me. Finally, I had never used a watch to get notifications from my phone before because I had worried that it would wear down the battery (as mentioned above, that is NOT a problem) and because I have had friends with smartwatches that have very disruptive notifications; however, when I hesitantly decided to try notifications with this watch, I found the notifications to be useful and not disruptive at all. The vibration is noticeable enough to catch my attention without being too loud, so it does not pose a problem even in meetings, and I don’t even need to bother turning notifications off to sleep. This is a seriously great watch and I highly recommend it!

This fitness watch is really nice!! It was very easy to download the app and set up with my phone. The instruction booklet was easy to read and understand. and one of the things I really like is there is a clock that shows constantly on the watch. It can be set in either digital or analog. That is a nice improvement. The Heart Rate, BP, Oxygen levels measurements are very accurate. I like the larger screen size and love the multiple face design options for this watch. I also like the fact that it can help me find my phone if I misplace it. The watch is also very comfortable to wear, I have always had trouble with watches moving around on my wrists. This watch band is comfortable and stays put. I actually do not even realize I am wearing it!!! The battery lasts a good several days before it needs recharged and that does not take long at all. I cannot think of anything negative about this watch. It's a great fitness watch at an affordable price!!!

I ordered this product and it arrived within two days. The watch came in a nice box ready to be wrapped as a gift if needed. Neatly packed in the box were the watch, instruction booklet, and USB charging cable. The watch arrived already fully charged which was not only a great surprise and convenience, but also a reflection of the great customer care and service quality of Mindrose. They are very prompt with responses and very accommodating. This is the second Mindrose Fitness watch I have owned, and I still like and use the first one. Although this watch is similar to my first Mindrose watch, it does have a couple of differences. The watch face is longer and more vertically shaped and the watch band tucks into a slit which allows you to tighten it rather than going through a band. It basically tucks into itself. Very ingenuous design! This newer version has colorful, large easy to read gauges that accurately keeps track of your sleeping hours, steps, blood oxygen, blood pressure, and heartbeat rate more accurately than its previous version. All the aforementioned features can be accessed without having to download any apps. This is a great convenience for those who only wish to use this watch as a fitness tracker with these features. It has multiple face design options. The display is so much more intuitive, and can easily be brought up with just a very slight motion of the watch or it can be set to stay on the entire time. It has a clock that shows constantly on the watch and can be set in either digital or analog. Definitely a very useful and convenient feature! However, if you wish to use the other features, the watch is simple to set up and coordinate with your phone. The new app is more user friendly, easy to read and understand so that you are able to easily and quickly set up you watch. The app allows you to see all the various health functions. Notifications come through better than the previous model and the display is more reactive! The previous model had a slower reaction time, whereas this one is instantaneous! There are more features that this affordable watch has available such as an alarm clock, weather notifications, reminder function, and music control, The battery time life is very good, and significantly better than other similar watches. The battery lasts for several days before it needs recharged which only takes a very short time, Overall, it’s just a great looking, affordable fitness smartwatch that is easy-to-use with cutting-edge technology. Mindrose is definitely a great dependable brand for these types of watches that also provides great service to its customers. I cannot think of anything negative to say about this watch. It's a great fitness smart watch at a very affordable price. I most definitely highly recommend this watch. I think it’s the best one on the market given its features and for its very affordable price! It would make a great gift for birthdays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas, graduation, for anyone needing vital signs monitoring, etc.
