Down load the app, connect the phone and your off and running! As mentioned above I have an android. This watch is also compatible with I phones. I can only image that it would be just as easy to upload the app and sync your phone to the watch as well. The battery life is the longest I have ever had with any smart watch. Be aware the more functions you use the more battery power it takes! Generally, I just use mine as a watch and monitor. The battery has lasted 2 weeks! Of course, if I use the other features, it will drain the battery faster. However, the battery still lasts longer than others I have owned. It uses SMS for messaging. I do not use SMS. I prefer textra. So unfortunately, I do not use that function on my watch. Nor do I use it for phone calls. Others wise my wrist isn’t going off 24/7 with messages and or calls ! Also by not using those features ( as I mentioned above), saves on battery usage. I much rather have a longer battery life then my wrist going off all day with messages. Your phone needs to be relatively close to you for the connection anyway, so I just set my watch to audible alerts for phone calls and text messages. However, what is nice about it is and I love is that you can easily turn that function on or off!! So, if you are waiting for any important text messages or phone calls you can always turn it on during that time frame. When time frame is over and you have received those important text messages and or phone calls all you need to do is turn that function back off and save on the battery life! There were two reasons I needed to reach out to customer service for assistance/support. I can share with you, unlike many other companies, service was impeccable! Their reply was exceptional!! They replied quickly and the instructions given were spot on! So precise! They included Not only were the written instructions perfect, but they also went above and beyond with adding photos and videos! AMAZING!! I know there are hundreds and hundreds of smart watches out there. Their prices range all over the place! I’ve tried less expensive smart watches. I have tried more expensive smart watches. I can tell you honestly, by far, this smart watch is the best I have ever had! The price in my opinion is great! You are getting more than you pay for! It is a great ‘inexpensive’ smart watch! Some people may say, because of the price, it is cheap. Let me be clear; there is ‘cheap’ and there is ‘inexpensive’. They are two different things! Something that is “cheap” relates to the quality and workmanship of the something that is inexpensive is good quality and workmanship at a good price! I have purchased both types. Watch started out fine-everything works properly. The blood pressure measurement is not totally accurate but it's close to a blood pressure cuff measurement within a few mmHg. The heart rate is accurate as long as heart rate is about 55 or above. I was having some bradycardia which was showing on a pulse ox but the watch showed my heart rate increasing. After about 6 weeks of using the watch daily the strap keeps falling off either side of the watch. It's incredibly frustrating as a slight bump will knock it off. Unfortunately this issue didn't happen until after the return window had closed so now I'm stuck with it. If the straps would stay on place this would a good watch for the price but this is ridiculous and unusable at this point.

Like the other customers had stated, the watch band worked okay for a couple of days then the watch band kept coming. I bought 3 watches for my mom, dad, and I. All three had band issues and 2 out 3 watches had issues with connecting to the app. I missed the return windows and I contacted the insurance company. I have not heard back from anyone about returning the watch after the return date window.

Overall, this is a great watch! The sleek and slender design makes it not only comfortable to wear but also nice enough to wear on formal occasions or with business attire. I have had problems in the past with silicon banded watched because my sensitive skin easily becomes irritated; however, this band breathes so well that, even when I sleep with the band on, I am comfortable and have no problems/reactions. Further, I have Issues with swelling that goes up and down throughout the day, requiring me to adjust the tightness of the band throughout the day. This is very easy to do with this watch! It is so simply to adjust that it takes almost no effort. The battery life on the watch lasts a very long time. Even when I have the watch on 24/7, it last nearly a week with everything enabled. This is especially important to me since I have to wear the watch when I am sleeping, so there is not always a convenient time to charge it. When I do need to charge the watch, it charges quickly – usually in less than an hour – and conveniently can be charged by plugging it into my laptop while I am working. I originally got a fitness watch because I have POTS which causes me to have a high heart rate and low blood pressure and requires that I monitor both of these, especially my heart rate which is hard for me to feel/be aware of. As such, the watch’s ability to track my heartrate constantly and accurately is very important to me. I was originally worried, since I have a small wrist, that the monitor might have trouble staying where it needed to in order to get accurate readings; however, the watch has proven to be very accurate, even while I am sleeping. The only time I get inaccurate heart rate readings is when I bend my wrist too far so that the watch isn’t fully touching my wrist anymore (which is not a problem with the watch). As for blood pressure, wrist readings are usually wildly inaccurate for me, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that, compared to the blood pressure cuff that I keep at home for measuring on my arm, the watch is generally 10-15 points high consistently and has actually been exactly the same on a few occasions. Not only is this a fairly small margin of error, it is consistent. As such, I can use the watch to estimate my current BP by simply subtracting 10 from whatever reading it gives me. Finally, I had never used a watch to get notifications from my phone before because I had worried that it would wear down the battery (as mentioned above, that is NOT a problem) and because I have had friends with smartwatches that have very disruptive notifications; however, when I hesitantly decided to try notifications with this watch, I found the notifications to be useful and not disruptive at all. The vibration is noticeable enough to catch my attention without being too loud, so it does not pose a problem even in meetings, and I don’t even need to bother turning notifications off to sleep. This is a seriously great watch and I highly recommend it!
