I've been stalking smart toilets for some time now. The features and price seemed like the best value ever. Amost too good to be true. But, it's as good as it says. In my life, I've installed a lot of toilets. At 75, I passed this one to my plumber. Install was no different than any other toilet. He was impressed with it. It all seems well made, comparable to more expensive toilets. It has a powerful and fairly quiet flush. All the features work well and are pretty much intuitive. It's a good bidet, comparable to my other bidets. A couple of things: 1. For the seat sensor on the bottom right to work (raise) requires a light colored shoe or sock (my black shoe doesn't do it). 2. The remote very infrequently won't work. Changed the batteries, it didn't help. 3. The soap solution is rare to find and expensive. Supposedly, you can use a couple drops of dish soap to the water. 3. The fragrance is dispensed with the drying cycle. If you didn't get the little packet (my plumber probably missed it), cut diffuser sticks and use fragrance oil. Addendum: There was something different about the water connection. The plumber had to run to Tru-Value for a fitting that would connect the supply line to the toilet line. Evidently, according to him, it wasn't the standard connection, but, it wasn't anything exotic. All said, it's still running fine.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my elderly parents and my husband installed it in a couple of hours. He was a bit frustrated with the location of the shut off valve, but overall a great toilet! This thing does EVERYTHING! The 1st one arrived damaged and the seller immediately sent another at no cost. The second one had damage all around the box, so I asked the driver if we could inspect it before he left, and the toilet was intact. 🙌🏽 The only reason for the 4 stars are the shipping issues. Maybe faster and better handling. I want to order another one, but I’d like to be certain that I’d receive it intact and in one piece. This is an amazing product. There is nothing that this toilet is lacking. The pressure is good enough for a laxative. It’s self cleaning and flushes when you stand. There’s a splash free foam that comes out to prevent dirty water splashing up whenever you poop heavy, I guess. 🤷🏻♀️ And the dryer has heated air. You essentially do not have to touch the toilet with your hands to do anything. Just sit, and enjoy the show!

The toilet was hard to install. I had a corner toilet before installing. I had to rejigger the hole and needed a new part. The parts it came with weren't really useful.

Everyone is loving this Smart toilet. Easy to follow instructions. The only problem we have to connect water. Had to make a few trips to the hardware store to find right connector for the toilet. Sitting sensor is not working. Either is not in functional or does not work with this toilet.

Install note: If you have an older house with 3/8” iron pipe the adaptor included will need an additional fitting. The 5/8” compression fitting included works with 1/2” copper. You can go to any big box store or here on Amazon and buy a sharkbite fitting to connect it.

This toilet is amazing. My master bedroom has two bathrooms. I tried one out for my wife and decided I liked it enough to buy a second. It has a lot of features you can access with the remote. I love the 9v backup battery to flush in power outage. For the supply line I was able to use a dishwasher 3/8 to 3/4 supply hose. The supply hose that came with the toilet didn't work on my plumbing set up. This toilet has a powerful flush and is quiet compared to a traditional toilet. I had a small issue with my toilet seat with the first toilet and the seller had great customer service and made things right leading me to buying an additional toilet. You won't be disappointed with this purchase.
