I love all the features — front wash, rear wash, dryer, warm seat, and more. The ambient lighting is gorgeous, especially at night. The sleek white design makes our bathroom look like it belongs in a five-star hotel. Now, full disclosure: installation was not a walk in the park. You’ll definitely want a seasoned plumber for this one. We had to move the piping in the back, install an outlet behind the toilet, and even shorten the sewage pipe to make it fit properly. So plan for that before you start. But once it’s in — oh my goodness — totally worth it! The price is unbelievable compared to other smart toilets that cost double or triple. When I first ordered this toilet, I was fully satisfied. My plumber installed it and it worked perfectly. However, we noticed a hairline crack on the top back portion of the glass lid. Within a day the crack propagated and the entire top glass shattered. I then had to remove all shards and the very strong adhesive pad underneath—this took hours. I tried contacting the seller multiple times to request only the replacement top glass piece and instructions to reattach it. Amazon Customer Service replied quickly but said they could only send a full replacement toilet, which they arranged. Replacing the entire unit would mean paying my plumber again, so I asked for instructions to swap just the glass lid instead, plus pickup for the return after I replace that part. The replacement arrived without any instructions on how to change just the glass lid. Now I have a large, heavy boxed toilet sitting at my front yard that I cannot install (and do not want to—everything else works). This has become a logistical headache. What I need from the seller (please): 1. Send the replacement top glass lid for my model, plus the correct adhesive/sticker pad. 2. Provide step-by-step instructions (written or video) for removing the old adhesive and installing the new glass lid safely. The product itself is good; I just need the top glass lid + adhesive and instructions—not a full unit. Please respond so I can resolve this without another plumbing visit. ------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: After my initial review, the seller proactively reached out and has been exceptional. The earlier headache was tied to Amazon’s replacement policy (full-unit swap) rather than the seller. The seller personally helped troubleshoot, showed strong effort in arranging the correct top glass lid and adhesive, and provided clear instructions for a safe install. Their follow-through was prompt, detailed, and genuinely customer-focused. For context, the toilet itself has worked very well since day one. My original issue was cracks in the glass lid that propagated. I didn’t want a full replacement toilet—just the lid and adhesive—because the unit was already installed and working. The seller understood, guided me step by step, and, although it’s not fully resolved yet, has been doing everything to resolve the issue smoothly. Bottom line: solid product, and a seller with outstanding, above-and-beyond customer support. Highly recommend.

We installed the BathKity smart toilet as an upgrade in our bathroom, and it definitely adds a more modern, high-end feel to the space. I would give it 4.5 stars if I could...due to the involvement of the install. The installation process is a little more involved than a standard toilet, mostly because you will need to make sure you have an outlet nearby to plug into, or as in our case, have one installed for use. It comes with a stencil so you know exactly where it needs to be placed on the floor, which was nice to have. We didn't experience any major issues or delays in getting it installed, just some adjusting with the screws at the very end. It felt sturdy and solid once installed and secured to the floor. Feature wise, this has everything you'd expect from a smart toilet. The bidet functions are easy to use and adjustable. The HEATED SEAT is something I didn't realize I ever needed until I had it. Plus it has an automatic open and flush function, night light, AND comes with a remote so you can control it with comfort. We also loved the value, you don't have to spend a fortune to have a modern-looking smart toilet! It's been comfortable and easy to get used to. The controls are intuitive, and has been a great addition to our bathroom upgrade. This is a solid option if you're looking to upgrade to a smart toilet with modern design. It's a bit more involved with install, but has really delivered on comfort and convenience.

I bought this back in February just installed it now and I complete bathroom model the instructions that are with the toilet pretty much useless good thing that I found a video on YouTube the first thing I didn't like about it was the shut-off valve could not be sweat on it was a compression fitting so it will leak as time goes on that's a given I'm trying to work the remote it is not easy but I'm sure if I fool around with it for a few more hours I could probably figure it out before I get peeled and look for a video to watch the wax ring that comes with it is cheap I checked that sucker in the garbage and got a real wax ring that was much thicker but overall I'm happy with it so far the real test will come later

An amazing smart toilet. I could’ve installed myself but am glad I hired a plumber to install and haul old ones away. The #1 reason I like this one, it opens and closes automatically. Most smart toilets do a lot but not all have this function. The minute the toilet opens, the seat is warm. The water pressure is beyond great! And, it’s a beautiful sleek piece of art.

Worst toilet, worst customer service from Amazon, for this smart toilet, none of the functions are working, the seller dint test and shipped me the toilet, now amazon just wants to replace it, but i have to pay for the plumbing all over, amazon wont do anything, plz dont buy this product its a cheap product, no after customer service neither from seller nor amazon, all they said we can replace it, but u pay agin for plumber to install it again, i expect much better from amazon, never buying anything like this from amazon

Love it. It has sensors to open and close the toilet. It looks very elegant and high end. Will update pictures soon. Took a while to assemble since it’s not just a regular toilet but super worth it. Easy to clean love the soft close.
