Toilet professionally installed will only display E9 error code. Contacted Amazon and got nowhere. Pacific Toilet owned OSTTE. On website for Pacific Toilets under contract is it advertised to communicate via email. No way to send an email. Amazon is apparently no longer selling this product as it’s listed as unavailable. Flashes E9 error code constantly. No info to tell you what that means. Then you’ll spend hours on the phone with Amazon customer service who also have no information about the error code. I’m assuming that it’s for the lid open/close since those are the only two buttons on the remote that don’t do anything. Save yourself the drama. Choose another toilet. ... show more
