This smart bidet toilet is a great upgrade. Easy to install, very comfortable, and extremely hygienic. The adjustable water temperature and pressure, heated seat, and air drying work perfectly. The design is modern and it saves both water and toilet paper. Once you use it, it’s hard to go back to a regular toilet. Highly recommended.

Having a hard time setting up the pre-rinse…Instructions list it like this: “2. Pre-rinse Function (Wet wall) - On/OFF Setting instructions: The wall-moistening function refers to the fact that when someone sits on the toilet seat, the toilet will automatically flush a small amount of water once to pre-moisten the inner wall of the toilet and prevent feces from sticking to it On the toilet. This function is turned off by default at the factory. If you want to use this function, you can do it like this: Press the close button on the toilet for 3 seconds, then press the remote control (Front Cleansing). One beep ("DI ") → automatic wet wall OFF. Two beeps ("DI-DI ") → automatic wet wall ON.” However, for the life of me, I cannot find a CLOSE button on the toilet itself and not noted in booklet either, and therefore cannot turn this feature on. Also, when the toilet bowl flushes, it tends to splash everywhere (including your bum if seated) even though I have adjusted the little tube and played around with the water pressure.

Edit (2/25/2026) Post my initial review, the VIPbear support got in touch with me; they were extremely respectful in their conversation, understood what the problem was and were very reasonable in offering me a free toilet replacement or a refund. I was so happy with their proposal that helped me mitigate the issue in a mutually acceptable manner. I plan for master bath remodel in Summer, and I intend purchasing this toilet once more, not just because of the product, but more because how they supported post sales. They also didn't make a big deal about me missing the support contact in their installation manual. --- I had bought this product on 9/30/25 and installed and started using it from Oct 15th. It was working good until last week(Jan 14th 2026) - when the inner ring lid (toilet seat) wouldn't close on remote. However, the top toilet cover would close, and flush - but the problem is it started flushing every 2 minutes. There is no way to stop it. Tried going to the VIPBEAR site, but can't find any support or someone to conatct. It appears as if the sensor has stopped working (or something like that). I have now switched off power to the toilet - which means the toilet is unusable. While it looks fancy and was it good when it worked, I cannot find any way to fix this. Also, there is no way to contact the seller other than through this review. Spending nearly 400+$ for product and install is an absolute waste. I have uploaded the product # and a video of the problem. (I can only upload one video).

It is a great toilet and has awesome features. The only reason I gave it a four-star is because during the flush the initial jet stream that comes out to flush the toilet, it sprays water out at the very beginning a little bit on the back of your legs. The water is not the water from the toilet it is the water that sprays inside of the toilet to clean it as it flushes it is a high pressure flush. And I must say it definitely stops build up inside of your toilet. I've had it 3 months almost and the features and comfortability is awesome. Frst off he has heated seats, that you can set the temperature as you would like. There are only three settings 96 99 and 104. Settings are another reason why I gave them a for but each temperature is very accommodating and not too hot. My bathroom is very cold in the winter because of the floor and it may be because of my insulation on that side of the house but I know whenever I came in to use the restroom as I would sit down it was like heaven because the toilet was warm and I could almost relax and it has a illuminating band of light around the top lid that ever so lights the bathroom up just so you can get the bearings of everything without cutting that bright light on in the bathroom, one of my other favorite things. It has an awesome bidet feature instant hot water male female compatible memory and the water pressure can be set harder or softer and you can move the water stream as it is in action. The controller that it has, can be controlled and has all of the features that you want so if you lose the controller which you shouldn't because it should not leave the bathroom lol. You will not have operation of everything the bidet can still be worked but you cannot set the temperature pressure for your system. The controller is a awesome thing when it works right sometimes you have to just tinker with it because you have to learn when and when you can't use the bidet if you haven't flushed it's a very attractive and comfortable seating toilet I would definitely say if you were going to change your toilet out why not easy installation I installed it myself in an hour and that's with even having to go to hardware store to get the putty for going around the toilet which they did not add inside my package and they said it was. I think that it's a must have if you're going for the new toilet look I installed a receptacle next to it the course is long enough to get to a socket but I'm an electrician so it was quite easy for me to just drop me some power down where I needed it. Yes for the price it is a great and good investment for the years coming and my girlfriend likes it a lot and it's jealous and wants me to buy her one LOL but we'll see

At first this toilet was awkward and weird. I wasn’t used to all the features, but when I went on vacation I found myself missing this toilet. It’s weird, but so worth it!
