First of all this is a great toilet. You just need to know how to operate it and there is a learning curve. Few tips: - If the water is too aggressive there is a small valve behind the toilet that can be adjusted - If you need help resetting your settings the QR code on the lid to a WhatsApp support person is amazing and they respond immediately - My toilet wasn't autoflushing and I found you can reset it to autoflush by holding the flush button until it beeps twice - I thought my seat heater stopped working but instead the toilet was in energy saving mode. Just press the energy saving button again and your back to a warm seat 24/7 Any other issues the what'sapp customer support can help right away. Im seriously impressed how quickly and easily my issues were resolved! Can't beat the price, quality of product and customer service support on this one! I 100% recommend :)

Don’t even think buying this product. Terrible customer support. It does not flush properly. Customer support claimed it’s my water pressure but my water pressure does not change between one flush and the next flush in less than 1 minute. The jet stream sometime works and sometimes it does not. I paid $300 to install and I need to call a Plummer to have it removed, and the return is not free, I have to pay for the return and the installation again when they replace it once they receive the defective product.

I bought three SUCXDZQ smart bidets. Each one of them is having issues. Here are the list of issues: 1) Bidet 1- Does not flush on its own after use. It requires the person to manually press the flush button 2) Bidet 2 - Does not spray hot water (hot water heater does not work) 3) Bidet 3 - Does not flush and the display is not working There is no customer service number and the manufacturer does not respond

This toilet was great for the price but After one month, heater for hot water broke. Then the flush function went. It shoots water around the bowl but when it comes to push stuff down toilet that jet just doesn't do anything. I've cleaned the filters and tried everything. Sucks pretty bad since this was expensive for me. I will update this review if company can make it right. Update: 1 start to 3, will go to 5 stars if part fixes issue. Seller has contacted me and was very nice and straight forward on how to fix issues. A part is broken and they are sending me new one now. please with response time and response.

I had this installed for a few months. Seat temperature isn’t working anymore. Also some buttons on the remote, you have to press a couple times for it to work.

After experiencing a toilet like this at a fancy resort, we wanted to give this a try. The light is blue and gives a nice glow. The buttons on the remote are the only way to operate it, hope we don’t lose it. Will buy some batteries to have ready. The instructions are extremely terse and broken English. There is no explanation of the remote or how to use. I don’t know how it senses motion or where the motion sensor is. There is a button I can touch with right foot when facing toilet. It seems to open the toilet and flush. Seems a bit inconsistent. The temperatures are in C, I had to lookup what that is in F. The instructions have the ideal distances in mm and my water outlet was 7inches from center, when instructions say 280mm (11 inches). As a result, toilet is touching the valve. Happy it fit(barely). I have not even 1/4 inch to spare. There is a replaceable filter in the water valve, won’t be able to remove it or the valve unless I move the toilet off the drain. That would compromise the wax ring seal. Next issue, which I knew before purchasing was power: had to install outlet directly below light switch because that’s where I could splice in and studs in the wall made it not feasible to put the outlet further back. I’ll get a short 14 awg extension cord and clamp to wall to make look better. Today is day 1 just installed, so how’s longevity, maintaining, consistency, reliability? Don’t know yet. UPDATE: 12/23/23 (day2) added 14 awg power strip with cable clamps to make it looks neater. Also added above toilet cabinet. While using toilet, every time I wipe, it beeps and flushes. Very annoying. I’ll need to get in habit of turning off when I sit down, then back on when ready for bidet. It’s almost too much hassle, BUT, now that I wipe, bidet, wipe: it’s a new level of clean. Will quickly become the new norm.
