Great customer service when I received the first unit it was DOA. I received a refund as soon as I dropped it off and had decided to look around. I spent a few days looking and decided I could not find one to cover the same square foot for this reasonable price Second unit arrived and worked perfectly. The app is very easy to use. The shipping box is very nice and durable. You can hear it dispense but it's not overly loud. The most output is average and smells so good. It comes with detailed cleaning instructions that are easy to complete. You can set timers, schedules, all day schedules and it's very easy. I have it in the basement and it hasn't made it upstairs for scent but the basement is pretty large. I may splurge for a second unit upstairs and hide it away in the office. I'm confident that it will spread into the living room and hallway without issues and cover up the litter box smells from my Maine coon. I'd say go ahead and buy it with confidence. It really is a great unit especially when you factor in the price.

Great diffuser. Probably the best diffuser I’ve ever owned. It scents an 800sqft office quite well and a full bottle seems to last several months! A lot better than the sprays and “mists” sold in stores. It’s extremely quiet and controllable via Bluetooth from your phone. I have it set to spray for 10 seconds every five minutes and it seems to work quite well, but you can adjust the frequency to suite your needs. You can also set it to not spray overnight, when no one is around, to help keep from wasting the scented oils. Definitely a good item and I plan to buy another for my other office.

INCREDIBLE diffuser! Works perfectly and delivers enough scent for a large living room. The app is easy to adjust the amount of scent you want. I have some smaller diffusers but there for smaller rooms. We dine at Disney resort hotels occasionally and they smell so wonderful. White tea is close to the Swan. So easy and the house smells so good. Worth the money!❤️

Been using this scent diffuser in our office space for about 3 months and the 2000 sq ft coverage claim is accurate - you can definitely smell the fragrance throughout our entire floor when it’s running on higher settings. The cold diffusion technology works well and doesn’t produce any heat or moisture like traditional diffusers, which is important for our electronics-heavy workspace. The Sleekpoint app gives good control over scheduling and intensity, allowing us to set different programs for business hours versus evenings and weekends. However, the oil consumption is much higher than anticipated - the 400ml bottle lasts only about 3-4 weeks with moderate daily use, making the ongoing costs more expensive than expected. The wall-mounting option worked well and keeps it out of the way while providing good dispersal from an elevated position. The built-in booster fan does help distribute fragrance evenly though it’s not completely silent as advertised - there’s a subtle humming that’s noticeable in quiet environments. One thing that bugs me is that the Bluetooth connection range is shorter than the stated 20 feet and often requires getting closer to the unit to reconnect through the app. The key-lock feature is useful for preventing unauthorized changes to settings in a shared workspace. The monthly cleaning requirement with high-percentage alcohol is manageable but adds to the maintenance routine. The sleek design looks professional and fits well with modern office decor. For the price it’s a significant investment compared to basic plug-in diffusers but the coverage area and control options justify the cost for commercial applications. Would I recommend it? Yeah for larger spaces where you want consistent, controllable scent distribution, just budget for higher ongoing oil costs than initially expected.

I like for our home to smell good and have often burned candles. But having forgotten to blow them out one too many times before going to bed and getting fussed at by my spouse, I had to find an alternative before something terrible happened. I had some reed diffusers but they had limited reach, but were often intense close to the source. I needed something that would 'throw' over a large area, After doing a bit of research, I bought two of the Model ANWs to cover our entire house because I didn't need to add water, I could control the scent strength, it covered a large area, it lasted a relatively long time, and I could control it remotely with my phone. I finally set it up today - I had delayed setting it up because I was dreading it - and it was a breeze. The instructions were easy and the Sleekpoint app was one of the easiest I've ever used. I'm using the Cabana scent with an initial setup of 15s diffusing and 5 minute pause. It took about 6 hours to cover the area and I've extended the pause to 15 minutes. my house smells amazing. The model comes in two colors black and white; only takes oil, and has all the equipment needed to mount on the wall if desired. The unit does need to be cleaned after 30 days of use with isopropyl alcohol, but I've set a reminder to refill at 30 days which will serve as a trigge4r for me.
