Even if the price of this ring were 3 times as much, it would still be a great value. I have been using my ring for a month now and I honestly have no complaints. The battery lasts a full week on a full charge; the readings seem accurate when compared to those of other smart devices; the accompanying app is user-friendly with no subscription of any kind - simply create a free account; it is light weight and comfortable to wear around the clock, especially while sleeping; and the size ordering was accurate. The ring is also completely water proof - I have kept it on multiple times while washing my hands, washing dishes, and in the shower. The electronic circuitry is clearly covered and sealed by an acrylic and the charging port does not open to the insides. I can't say enough good things about it. If you are on the fence about getting one, rest assured that it is a small price to pay for a good quality product.

After wearing it for a few weeks, it stops working on a frequent basis. I have to reset it every other day. Loses bluetooth connection frequently. As long as you are horizontal, it records it as sleep, so take the sleep quality and quantity as probably inaccurate. Basically, don't waste your money. Battery lasts about 2 days.

I should have returned it when I was thinking about it a couple of weeks ago. Most of the metrics seem to work, mostly reliably. The blood pressure feature is wildly inconsistent and inaccurate and honestly makes it really annoying. Also, be warned, the light that goes off inside when it's collecting data is absurdly and obnoxiously bright. It's woken me up several times thinking there was a bright light that just turned on in the room. Not the best sleep aid. I'll probably get a better ring in the near future and throw this one away.

Waterproof. A tiny bit loose on fitment. Built feels solid. Comes with case charger and a cable charger. The app seems to work well but the issue is integration with apple health. The app will only import activity / steps and not your sleep data. All the data is shown on their own app but won’t transfer over. They don’t even give you the option to do so. The time and date is also out of sync by a couple of hours so if you have your steps being tracked on the phone it will duplicate your step count. If the time were the same apple health will only prioritize one over the other and ignore the double step count. This could be fixed by disabling the step count from your phone altogether: I found another ring in the same price range that did what I needed so this would be a skip for me unless they fix the health data importing.

I got this smart ring to track my sleep. I have never liked wearing a watch at night, so an Apple Watch was not an option. This ring is the same size, shape, color, and weight as my normal wedding ring. I have been just wearing it all the time, and I don't even notice. My routine is to charge it while showering (even though it is waterproof). It is super easy to use and takes readings of my heart rate every 30 minutes automatically. It lasts for days between charges, so once per day is more than enough. Best of all, it looks like a normal ring! Super happy with this purchase and it was well worth the price.
