I just received my first order and mixed my first 8 oz. drink. As such, I can't tell if it does what it is supposed to, yet. What I can tell, so far, it that it tastes a little weak. It's not bad and doesn't turn me off. It is just a little too weak. I think that for the next drink, I will either increase the powder or decrease the water that it is mixed with. As it stands, the macros fit in really well with the keto diet I am following with only 1g net carb and 5g of fiber per serving. ... show more

I love how this product makes me feel. I have it every day with vegan milk and protein powder. Keeps me feeling good. I can tell the difference when I don't have it but it was never an uncomfortable adjustment process like other biotics, just a smooth transition into regularity.

I've had digestive issues my entire life, and tried many things to "keep things moving." Since I've been using this daily, I can almost set my watch by my bathroom schedule. I don't love the scammy use of the "cleanse" buzzword, it's not a cleanse and your digestive system is self-cleaning, but as a tasty source of fiber, this is excellent. I wouldn't go into this thinking of it as a beverage, though. It's more like drinkable cereal, very much like "overnight oats." In fact I high recommend mixing it the night before and letting it fully absorb overnight. I also highly recommend using a plant or nut milk that you like the taste of, not water. I like to use a toasted coconut flavored almond milk and add a touch of cinnamon. Fruit extracts would probably be good too. I do look forward to it each day. ... show more

I made the mistake of thinking this product was a type of protein powder besides a "cleanse". I like the taste and ingredients. I am supplementing it with unsweetened pumpkin protein powder and making my own unsweetened oat milk for the perfect protein drink...

Product Is good this is my second time ordering however I received mine with a slit in the middle and I’m not sure how long it’s been open, but it just does not taste the same as if the product is stale a bit disappointed because it would not allow me to return especially for the price I paid
