Been taking this product for a couple months now. I found that I enjoy it with my morning cup of coffee. Taste is fine and makes my coffee more enjoyable. I like the fact that it has chia in it as well.

When I first received this product, I had 2% cow's milk left over, so I used that to blend. DO...NOT...USE...COW'S MILK! It was so horrible, I had to hold my nose and chug. I really needed the benefits of the product, so I pushed through, but next time tried So Delicious coconut milk, this was an improvement. I also found that it wasn't half bad with Bai's coconut/pineapple water. The next try was Silk Vanilla, sweetened...another step in the right direction. By the end of the container, I had discovered Silk Vanilla, unsweetened---BINGO! It actually is pretty good! The flavor is much much better, I can now drink it like a normal beverage (mixed in a shaker). The effects of this product are exactly as they describe and I am now ordering my second container. The reviews you see where people are saying the taste is absolutely unbearable are probably valid opinions, based on what they mixed it with. I'm not saying your eyes will fly open in the morning and you'll run to your shaker in anticipation of an amazingly delicious treat, but I don't think it's going to be something you find dreadful either. Just shop around and try some different combinations and find what suits your palate : ) Yes, the texture is not smooth- they're seeds, they aren't going to dissolve...but you just have to tell yourself before you get started that this isn't supposed to feel like drinking a milkshake- it's designed for medicinal purposes, and it's not a perfect world. As someone who has struggled with GI issues my ENTIRE life, I am over the moon pleased with the results from this cleanse. Gentle and consistent!

So first off this stuff does not taste great. I mix it with cold pressed juice greens powder and then a bunch of water, which helps. It’s not a bad taste but it’s not great. It settles immediately. Prepare to drink sludge if you don’t keep mixing while you drink. As for effects, I have to say my belly feels really good and I have pretty bad IBS-M. Also I have been craving sugar a lot less which is why I bought it. So I guess it’s working for me! Just wish it wasn’t so expensive!

I've been drinking this pineapple cleanse every night for 5 nights at 8pm and I'm loving it. I have tried mixing it with water and unsweetened almond milk, the almond milk is my favorite so far and i want to try coconut milk with it next. It's a little gritty, but it's fiber, so i didn't mind. It has helped so much with gas and bloating! It took a few days for it to really reduce the bloat. Not to get too into details, but it helps get you on a regular schedule and really cleans you out! Also a great side effect is doing a serving at night has calmed my late night junk food craving! When i feel a craving (usually around 8pm) I and making this instead and I'm totally happy! Very yum!!!!

The product works, if you can get it down. I hate licorice/fennel flavor and I assumed that pineapple/chia would not be predominately licorice flavored. I could only do a few doses of it. Even my friend who likes fennel said the flavor was too strong. I felt good taking it, it seemed to do its job, but the flavor is too intense for me. I will not be buying it again.

I'm not the biggest fan of Chia anything but I know how good it is for you so I drink it. This product actually taste ok! I don't get much pineapple flavor from it, but it still taste good! I prefer to mix it with water and drink it right away in the AM first thing. The cleans is gradual and you won't get the sudden stop in your tracks urge to use the bathroom. It took an hour or so for it to 'kick in' and it was gentle! It doesn't have that effect on me each time I use it, mainly when I've been naughty on my eating habits. If you're already a really clean eater, I don't think you'll have as harsh of a cleansing affect as others might experience.

I started receiving ads for this type of product via social media ... the ads, of course, show very fit persons touting "amazing" results [mostly weight-loss related]. I looked up the advertised products here on Amazon, and they all had some fairly hefty prices. So, I perused the reviews and found one that recommended this product as a less expensive, and just as effective, alternative. I like pineapple, so "why not"? I can honestly say the product mixes well, tastes delicious, and within just a couple of weeks, I am down 10 pounds. Of course, it only works if you follow the directions, which include modifying your diet and having an exercise regimen; that said, I will purchase it again, and recommend it highly.
