I'm sure better than a candy bar but they have a lot of sugar and other ingredient that are not diabetic friendly. I'm right now a type II but do not want to become a type I. I started eating these when burnout messed up my digestive system. I could no longer eat all the things I used to eat, So I looked at the ingredients (low fiber - most important) and tried these. These do give me a slight boost of energy. And they taste great. I love the cinnamon ones. I will get the blueberry kind if cinnamon is out of stock. I know these aren't the healthiest if sugar and carbs are a concern. But considering the rising price of food and being unable to eat regular breakfast, I love that I can enjoy these. These are delicious! They’re a very practical snack to take to school or just out of the house in general since they have 4 in each pack. They give healthy vibes but they’re still pretty high in sugar - 22% of DV in a pack of 4.

I bought these many years ago when they were soft and not tasty. Since then they have developed crunchy like a cookie biscuits with many flavors. My favorite is the cinnamon/raisin but there are so many others. About 90 calories for 1 biscuit so one or two work for a snack.
