  • What a treat! Excellent taste, not too bold or mild and a great holiday price, love that combo!
I buy 5 lbs of coffee beans every 2 months. Trying to stick to a coffee budget when you enjoy the pricier coffee is very hard, to me. To me the experience is similar to trying the best chocolate in the world, then trying to go backwards to inferior quality, boy, that is hard. Earlier this year I tried a sale price on a few different brands of expensive coffee beans that I normally do not buy and thought....ugh oh, now what, how can I get this rich taste again, for the same sale price? Impossible! Yikes! Well, this fabulous price popped up, for 4 lbs....wow, nice Xmas present AND it tastes great! Will it kick your butt like espresso or stronger blends with that first sip? No, it is not bitter, not earthy or like the bark tasting 5lbs of coffee beans I did struggle to drink from Scotland, but it is flavorful, not weak on taste and if you add a bit more while brewing, yes, you can make it stronger. I definitely will be buying it again. ... show more

  • Very good coffee.
This coffee is smooth. There’s hardly any bitterness and not acidic. I love this coffee.

  • Surprisingly good. Seriously.
I bought this with the expectation of it being "Ok" at best, and I could use it as filler to extend our expensive beans. I was definitely surprised at how good it actually is. I made it in exactly the same way as I make our other coffee (French press, strong, pinch of salt, spring water), and I drink it with (oat) milk. It's unusually smooth, rich, and not bitter. Strangely, it doesn't smell a lot like coffee when made, and in the bag it smells strong and kind of weird, but the taste is just excellent, and I am absolutely going to buy this regularly. For this price, it would be wrong to not buy it. ... show more

  • Not a good cup of joe
I would not recommend this coffee first time I purchased , was very disappointed. Coffee beans were very dry and dull of color 😭. Tried to give it a second chance brewed in French press, espresso, coffee maker, could not handle the taste of this awful coffee. Unfortunately, there’s no returns. Coffee beans are going straight to my compose. ... show more

  • Great for a bulk purchase
I think this is a good light roast. I prefer the Cameron Breakfast blend but this was a good option too. 4 lbs of coffee took a while to use so I was tired of it by the end. I have good air tight storage for beans so it was still pretty fresh. Great price.

  • It so good!
We've been drinking another brand for a long time. I saw this on Amazon and purchased it. W love it. I married a coffee.

  • Great coffee but what’s with the 30% price increase??
I bought this when it was 22$ and now it’s over 30$. Still a decent price but…

  • Old and dried out
There is no “roasted on” date, but it isn’t expired. Regardless, it’s bone dry and obviously well-past its prime. Any attempt at grinding results in a mess, as static electricity due to lack of humidity causes this stuff to stick to your grinder. Tastes bland as a result as well.
