    • Nicely put together, I'm excited to get shrimp in there!
It appears to be a well-made AIO system! I really like how cleanly the hood is put together. There's a removeable filter compartment, which looks easy enough to access if you needed to, but read up on aquarium maintenance; you probably won't need to touch it after it's started up. A couple small details; the corners of the glass are not 45 degree-chamfered. Not sure it matters on such a small glass. The wide panes are butted flat up against the short panes. The lid doesn't fit perfectly down on top, which is a bit annoying. I'll have to double check the wires and make sure it's not one of those. There's a temp sensor, but no heater in-line, so you'll have to add one, which might be a bit annoying. I'm using it for opae ula shrimp, so won't need one! For anyone who's reading this thinking of it for a betta, I'm not familiar with the requirements, but 1.5 gallons is very small for anything bigger than shrimp. 1.5 gallons means that it doesn't take much to unbalance the water chemistry by a lot, and potentially kill your inhabitants. So do your research, and be careful! ... show more

This smart fish tank is super cool and easy to set up. The glass is very clear and HD. Everything is self-explanatory, and the instructions are easy to understand. The tank and lad has a very sleek, modern appearance. The feeder is great, able to hold up to 3 months of food. I didn't download the app because my phone said it could be potentially harmful. However, I was able to change the color of the light with the button on the lid. You are also able to control the pump and feeder with buttons on the lid. There is a magnetic device which allows you to clean the tank without touching the inside. Ingenious!The entire tank is very nice looking and well made.     • Nice Micro Setup for Shrimp or Snail
While a 1.5-gallon tank is too small for most fish to live comfortably, it’s a great size for a single nerite snail, neocaridina shrimp, and a few plants. I raise cherry shrimp, and this setup is perfect for them. I like that I can connect the tank via Bluetooth and control the settings remotely. Since shrimp are tiny and delicate, the ability to adjust the pump and filtration levels is especially helpful. The built-in temperature sensor is another feature I appreciate, as well as the automatic feeder for peace of mind when I’m away. The lighting looks great and makes the plants and shrimp stand out beautifully. Overall, this is a nice introductory aquarium, and I’d love to see the company make larger versions in the future. ... show more
