DO NOT BUY!!!! This lock is a mess! The two card scans never worked. We could not get them programmed at all. Then after 3 months all the codes added for family members won’t work. Only mine as the administrator works. All of the finger prints don’t work any longer and I have been unable to reprogram them in again. The connectivity when trying to unlock from the app because the codes don’t work failed as well. It works sporadically! When trouble shooting it says it fails a lot when the battery needs changing, so although it’s said the battery life was at 80% we changed them because it’s been saying 80% for months! We figured that was malfunctioning also, so we changed the batteries. Now we are getting a new weird error message every time we attempt to unlock the door. This thing has been an issue since the day I purchased it. I should have gone with my gut and returned it, but I was trying to give it time and try trouble shooting in case it was user error. However it’s definitely NOT user error this device does not work and has NEVER worked!!! And now I can not get my money back.

This is a really nice smart fingerprint door lock that works great, has key fobs that work with it and even comes with keys for it. My only issue is that I have my locks throughout my house that all use the same key, so adding this to my main door is an issue as I don't want a different key for my front door, so I will have to contact a locksmith to key this lock to my other doors/keys. Other than that, I love the functionality and how easy it is to give access to my family to enter my home without having to give away keys.

The fingerprint reader is fast and accurate, unlocking the door in a second or less. I really appreciate not having to fumble with keys, especially when my hands are full. Installation was straightforward, even for someone who isn’t very handy. The instructions were clear, and the lock fit well on my standard door without any extra drilling. Buy it! Works great! Finger tip opens the door fast every time. We have more control without having to touch metal keys. Very fancy looking that makes our door look very fancy high tech. The digital card opens fast too and the digit code programed too. Recommend 10 out of 10!
