I took it to a technician, and the problem is not just a replaceable part — the entire internal wiring system is defective, which makes it very expensive to repair. The speedometer doesn’t work either, so there are multiple issues right out of the box. I contacted the seller for help, but they were completely uncooperative. They offered no real solution, just asked what part I wanted to replace, ignoring the fact that the whole scooter is faulty. I’ve already spent money on diagnostics, and now I’m stuck with a defective product that should’ve never been sold in this condition. Very disappointed. Assembly was little confusing the videos are not that good. Did give decent rating cause so far scooter seams to be sound.
