I installed this lock in about 15 minutes to secure a drawer, so it was pretty easy to install. The operation is very good and reliable. Battery life seems to be good. Config with the app was very easy. The app design is not great but it's fine and it seems to be reliable - no crashes etc.. I like that I can unlock with bluetooth as a backup to the included key cards. The NFC card worked through almost 1" of wood which is impressive. Caution: NFC does not work through steel so if you want to use this on a steel cabinet or drawer, you will need to use bluetooth, not NFC. Steel blocks the weaker NFC radio signals, so this is a physics issue not a product issue but something to consider. You can actually train it to unlock with an NFC enabled credit card, which is pretty cool. The build quality is pretty good but it could be improved by a heavier, more durable plastic and maybe even metal for the lock housing. I doubt this would stand up to a real beating as it is today. It would also be great if the product could be enhanced to use Apple Watch or iPhone to unlock via NFC/Wallet so that a card is not needed. ... show more

Some say this is easy to install, yes, getting the product in correct position: EASY. Getting the device to connect via bluetooth with the APP, impossible. the device isn't even recognized by just searching for bluetooth devices. I don't recommend. I returned the product, I was refunded the money and told I didn't need to return. The company must know what a poor quality this product is. ... show more

The lock is spring-loaded so my child could pry the cabinet open just enough to slide something inside to press down the lock and open the cabinet. This defeats the whole point of having a lock. Also, it wouldn’t take much to push down the lock. Sigh.
