Southwest sun destroyed the magnetic window clasps in our condo. These replacement clasps are cheap, universal and easy to install. First tried my local hardware store, and those clasps were 6x more expensive with a clunky design.

Bought these to replace the catches for several of my window shutters that crumbled in the heat and sunlight over time. They were a perfect exact replacement. They have a very good magnetic grip. I just hope these hold up better than the original ones that came with my house!
