The media could not be loaded. This is our second smart bird feeder with camera. There are so many features that I can only touch on a few: 1. The AI bird recognition is the best I’ve seen with a database of over 10,000 species. 2. The VicoHome app uses 2.4GHz WiFi to communicate with the feeder in real time. You can even activate the feeder’s siren to scare away squirrels or other predators. 3. The app’s many settings give you control over audio, lighting, motion detection, video recording, notifications including sleep hours, and much more. There is even a speaker and microphone that allow two-way communication with the birds. 4. The camera is charged by an included solar panel but can also be charged by any standard USB charger. 5. Video and pics are stored on a micro SD card up to 128GB (not included). Cloud storage is also available. 6. Images and video can be downloaded to your laptop or shared by text, airdrop, email, Facebook, etc. 7. The system comes with all necessary hardware to install it on a pole, wall, tree, or other surface. My overall impression of this smart feeder with camera is that it is a quality product that will bird lovers will truly enjoy. My wife loves it. Hint: My experience with all similar devices (drones, cameras, door openers, etc.) that have built-in WiFi systems is that I have to temporarily turn off cellular data during the initial setup process in order to establish a connection between the app and the device.

This feeder is so fun and great learning experience. Extremely easy set up, within 10 minutes I had interested birds coming to eat. The app even identifies the species of birds that come. Have for around a month and fun to see the regulars come daily. Picture quality is excellent, the solar battery is a big plus. Well worth the cost if you love bird watching. Fascinating world!

This is a pretty sophisticated feeding station for the birds. It comes with a solar panel for automatic charging, and mine was already charged. It is fairly easy assembly; however, the instructions in the user manual could be a bit more precise because not everyone is an expert on wireless connectivity. Getting the app from VicoHome can be a bit annoying and tedious. It IS necessary to download and install the app to activate the camera. The assembly was easy. The connection to the WIFI network was successful, and the camera operates as it should. The motion detection function works well. There is a solar panel included for automatic charging and it can work without a SD card if one wishes. The roof serves as protection for the camera and makes it weather proof. The roof also serves as a cover and protection for the bird seed. It is advertised as squirrel proof; however, that seems questionable. It is easy refill for the food. Just pop up the roof and easily replenish the food supply. The food container holds approximately 5.5 cups of seed. There are several feeding stations with four supports for pieces of fresh fruit. There is also a hummingbird feeding station and a suet bin. What more luxury could a pampered bird of the wild ask for? I did have to have assistance from my husband in setting up and downloading the app. My feeder has been fully tested and is finally ready for the birds to visit and dine.

The media could not be loaded. First of all this thing is really amazing, built quality is excellent, video quality is also good. As far as cons Night vision is non existent. Feeder is white and it makes it too bright for night vision. And it keeps marking parked car and sending me notification for it. Anyways, this thing like I said, is really worth it, it attracts so many different kinds of birds, I didn’t even know some of them visit my place.

The media could not be loaded. I can't wait to share, so easy to follow the instructions to install it, and easily connected to my wifi. Within few hours after I installed it to my fence, the carnival already came over to visit it. Very sensitive motion detection and good performance overall.
